I'm a little curious about the best ways of cementing gains. I was reading some articles and a few people said the best ways to cement the gains is to do your routine but tone it down just a bit as far as a stretch or whatever Meaning EXAMPLE if I am 8" Non Bone Pressed and I stretch to 8.5 and if I were to tone it some a bit I would say go to 8.25 would that be the best way or stay at 8.5.
