Ah stretching is not my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words]. I assume you mean your FSL when you are talking about the increase. I do have a longer FSL after hanging golf weights, I would imagine it is the same, if not more, with a good stretch routine.
ok, i just got done with a pretty mild stretching routine and i went from 6.5 FSL to 6.75 FSL after the workout. i think this is a pretty good increase for the workout. anyone feel free to chime in, i'd like to hear your experience with this
That's certainly a way, but maybe not the best way to gauge how much work you got done stretching. I see a lot about feelings that some of the experienced stretchers get when through with a good set. Getting to know these feelings will be infinitely more helpful than measuring your post workout FSL increase.
I dont really see a increase after I stretch flaccid, I guess I do, but a little one, and it probably re-tracts, after a week of 10 minute flaccid stretching I'd say you really started to notice your flaccid hang is lower.
Usually after a stretching routine I measure about 1/4" to 1/2" FSL. Don't know why it fluctuates a bit though, arms may get tired some days more than others
