I just seen the "Legends of PE" thread, two things 1. Does anyone have the most recent pictures of Red? I remember years back seeing his girth and all I could say was wtf?!? It was a sight to be seen and it truly inspired me to focus on girth. 2. Surely there are legends, but anyone who dedicated enough time of their lives to make even the slightest gains is legendary in an of itself, considering it seems half the planet believes natural penis enlargement is a fallacy, impossible and could never work. They find it a taboo and sad to say that truly inspiring people such as DLD are frauds or quacks. I've been doing PE for around 5 years and I can say I'm beyond grateful for just finding this website.
As I said I really want to salute everyone who practices this beautiful craft and I want to thank everyone, it isn't hard having motivation to want to grow, but having the motivation to take action towards our growth and I just want to thank everyone who posts their gains because it keeps others motivated.
And being that I have years doing this, I was all about experimentation and probably could have made way more gains than I have but one thing I learned as a word of good advice is, I see many guys talking about routine changes and adding or subtracting exercises etc, I realized a real great way to gain is to not just try what's new or what sounds like it may work. PE is a LIFELONG PROCESS! Take your time, develop a routine that works for you and stick with it. 7 days a week, even if you can only get an hr a day make it the most intense workout possible. Stick with that routine for 3 months or so, if it isn't working then decide to change it, or see what helps and what doesn't, I've tried damn near every exercise, some were great others weren't and I still can' tell you what's best for my growth. However we can all grow and I will assure any doubters this genuinely works.
