I was playing with my gf for the first time last night.. it was great.. didnt go all the way though.. no penetration.. but I was wondering.. about 2.5 - 3 inches inside the vagina, there was an opening(contracting) is this the cervix? im cunfused with all these names.. is and isnt her opening pretty low? does this mean I have a better chance of satisfying her than some girl who is deeper?
and by the way, does it hurt when you're hitting the cervix opening or whatever it is?

It is most likely her cervix... What's to get confused about?? haven't you ever been to an anatomy class?? I can't believe that there actually guys over the age of 12 that aren't familiar with female anatomy... LOL

2.5-3" is about normal for most women when they are not aroused. It pulls up a little further as they get aroused. Most of the nerve ending in the vagina are located in the first 2 inches or so... so reardless of whether you hit her cervix or not, you should still be able to please her. Not all women like deep penetration...

Study the attached pic so you can better understand how the vagina is made up...

I'm guessing no, no and no. The cervix is more than 3 inches in. The cervix is not instrumental in a womans sexual pleasure. It won't hurt. The ideal length is what you want it to be. She'll let you know if it hurts.
 
Bro, i've been able to reach every woman's cervix (that i've been with) with my fingers and my index finger is only little over 3" long. Some women do find pleasure from stimulation of the cervix while others find it uncomfortable.

The g-spot is only about a 1-1.5" in, not 2-3"... it also doesn't swell up into a hump on most women. It is typically a smooth area on the top side of the vulva. The Cervix IS ~2.5-3" in toward the back end of the canal. Check it out on your girl...

Good for you, sport! But, I'm not wound up; you were reading the wrong subtext into my post. It really was a straight forward question, because I don't know you and I don't know anything about your sexual experience. You could have been a 13-year-old virgin boy talking out of his ass for all I know :), although I gather that you aren't.

The largest organ of the human body is the skin.

In a resting state, vaginas average 3 inches deep. The cervix sits almost at the end of the vagina, on the top or front, with a small pouch of vagina, the fornix or cul-de-sac (CDS), right behind it. Of course, when a woman gets aroused or a penis gets jammed inside her, her vagina will stretch out considerably.

I'd also recommend reading that ENTIRE site though. There's a LOT more info on female sexual anatomy, AND some EXCELLENT info on the most sensitive areas of her vagina and how to stimulate them.
I'd call that site one of my fav "must read" as it has several pages devoted exclusively toward the anatomical location of the pleasure zones. It's a great place to learn the basics for anyone serious about their lady's satisfaction.
NOW... does anyone have any similar (free) sites dealing more with techniques to take advantage of those areas? (always looking to expand my repertoire rofl )

Awesome. I have never hit the cervix on any woman ... when I do come out of retirement, and have sex again ... this is something I must aim for.
