I´ve now experienced much slower length gains since before, seems like a plateu or maybe just the tougher reality to gain after awhile.
I´ve recently started with some girth gains again 2 days o, 1 day off and in girth i feel like I will see good gains (jelq+sjj+horsesqueese)).
Since now I´ve seen some pretty good length gains. 4,1 cm bpel since starting oct 2004.
For now I´m doing dld blasters once a day, and about 5 hrs of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use.
Veterans, is it time for me to start hanging?
Or should i try to break through this length plateu manually. If so, which excercises do you recommend and how much each day?
Any succesful length plateu breakthroughs you have done is interesting to hear about.
