I think the best way would to be looking at fedoras threads or go to www.andromedical.com and have a look at the video I think that the video would be the best way to explain it.

I have read the manual and I am still a bit confuzed it says for the 1st month put it 4cms less than my erection my erection is 17.5 cms so I put it at 13.5cms, then the 2nd month put it the same size as my erection so on but at the bottom it says add 0.5 every 7days, and how should I use them [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] things at the sides them things you roll up ca someone tell me how to use them and the whole thing sorry to bother everone.

i know i had my share of problems with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] too...sometimes it takes a while to get the hang of it...i still haven't gotten it fully but i haven't spent too much time trying either...i probably pick it back up soon and give it another try
