I ordered an x4labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] not to long ago. just something to add to my manual stretch/jelq sessions. I figured wearing it for an hour or 2 a day wouldnt hurt. But these things suck in my own experience. I think i have like really elastic skin and not matter what bars for etension i put in it just surpasses that. Never able to keep good constant tension setting. personally i feel that seated fowfers ( lazy ass stretch) adds much more tension on my lig.

Im pointing it in the 6 oclock straight down position. but after 5 minutes of wearing it theres like zero tension, atleast it feels that way. i can even apply force and stretch the tension until theres nothing no more room for extension. very frustrating
 
Follow the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] guideline only, 900g first montHydromax, then 1200g. add a couple of elongation bars and put it on again if you are below 900g of tracion. After you put it on, and wear it for awhile, your penis relaxes and become stretched, your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] level falls (but the penis length is the same inside the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]), then you just follow the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] guiding light and screw up the thumbscrews again to 900g, but this time your penis is longer inside!
 
very insightful.. i will give it a whirl and see what happens brother!. I think the DLD's newb routine and this should prevail for my starting out!

I'm gonna go to the neighbors and have a beer, got out of work. Real quick I wanted to spurt out some things I noticed with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I'm not the first guy to know this stuff, so equip yourself with this stuff if you haven't already. I take the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on and off so many time just to get the best fit and stretch I can, so the less I warm up the less it wants to stretch and sometimes I can't get flaccid enough. So I adjust the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] the same way every time. White Head of penis- from what I've seen on discovery channel, is that it's similar to frost bite. Black Head of penis, even worse. I need to fill my penis head up with blood when I strap in. When I stretch I accept pain, If there's a sharp pain in base of penis, that's the Dorsal nerve, BAD Idea. Take it off. So I let the penis stretch itself and I don't force it down until it can. Oh, I also make sure to have enough pliable skin to use when stretching but grasp the balls and make sure there not too tight. The skin you can directly see 'the top' is more important to free up. I like to do my time in a well lit area like the bathroom where I can closely watch. Since I do it the same every time I know it will fit in and it takes many times for me to get what I want. I heard new veins are good to see. I just want to make sure everyone's on the same page with what to NOT see. I get pain in the head sometimes from the resistance but there's a distinguished sensation when you hit the, I'm assuming, Dorsal nerve. Like I said I find when I try to push down when the penis isn't prepared. Very important not to play around with. Just find what works to get the stretch you want. I figure if your not doing anything harmful to yourself, better for you.

Thanks for your addition. With the enormous variety of penis shapes, sizes, loose skin, tight skin, etc. it is important to realize that your stretch may need to have some custom adjustments.
