Extender broke

My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] also broke over the weekend. The threads on the inside of the base got stripped and now if I try to add tension the whole rod just slips back in on that one side...
 
Dude breaking is covered under the warranty for X4 and SG. Dont go spending your money on it, contact support and send them a picture of the broken part. Call them and explain you expect to be replaced and followup with an email.

Since July 2010. Just in the past couple months started using it seriously though.
 
I've been trying to call customer support for two days now. Can I get them through their website?
(My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] also broke, in the same area that the OP pointed out.
 
I believe the warranty is for one year:( But let us see what [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] says.

There is a 6 month warranty on all parts, unless you purchased the additional warranty package.

Unfortunately an item that was purchased back in 2010 would not be covered under this warranty.

Have you had any luck getting through to support via the phone?

Thanks Brother. I have heard from a couple men that they have had phone issues, is there a time that is better than others for men to call in with questions?
 
Hey

The best time to call would be UK Standard time - 9 AM till 5 PM.

They are also available via email - which does get answered everyday.

Include a phone number in the email and the team will give you a call :)

My previous unit snapped, which was my fault for putting the thing on one side at a time... sure you can get more bars on, but it is not worth it as it will eventually break. I did buy a second unit and the threads stripped, this was not my fault and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] replaced it.

Have you looked at the parts store, they have more affordable prices now.
