Experienced jelqing question

I have been doing Penis Enlargement for several years, but I have only been doing serious jelqing for about 1 ½ months, and I am getting huge expansion from a 30 minute session. I expand a minimum of 1” in girth at the end of each session. I was wondering for those who have been jelqing for at least 6 months, do you begin retaining the extra girth into permanent gains? I expanded today at just under
7". It was massive looking! I am going for at least 6.5 in girth. I am 5 3/4 in girth normally.

It sounds like you are getting incredible expansion and this is a great sign. As far as permanence goes you will want to train past your goal size by about .25", this will guarantee the gains will stick. What I do when it is time to measure is take a week off from everything and see where I am, this is usually a good indication of permanence.

No time at all! I say inside of 3 months.
