Exercise routine

Is it better to focus on both girth and length in a day, or is it ok to alternate days on the exercises?

Mon- Length
Tues- Girth
Wed- Length
etc.

It is really up to you and how you respond to the exercises. What is your routine you are using? Lets start with that.

Very good, that is what I was hoping. Setting up a schedule is your choice. I think your idea of every other day sounds interesting. I really like that you can completely dedicate yourself to girth or length on different days. This will allow you to focus very effectively on two very different parts of Penis Enlargement. Girth, for me, requires a more sexual state of mind, this is why I do it at a different time than length. Length requires little focus aside from visualization so I can do this in the AM, even if I am tired.
