Okay so i have this problem, before i can get close to finishing my 30 seconds flaccid stretching each direction up, down, left to right, i start to get an erection. My question is, how do you make the erections go away? Is it okay to still do the stretches in a semi erect way or should i wait for the erection to go down..it just seems like waiting for the erections to go down is really going to lengthen my excercise time! Any help would be gladly appreciated! thanks!
