erect stretchings i enjoy doing them a lot but was wondering how long can i do them for,would be great to do them for a really long period of time.


can you guys name another bunch of exercises we can do while theres not a private place where we can exercise.

e.g.Erect stretchings 5 mins a day while being somewhere.maybe some stretchings etc

Mandingo stretches are easy to do and a good benefit. Do erect stretches whenever you can. As long as you still get hard, your fine to do them. When your unable to get hard easily, take a rest from doing them. Then start again later.
 
You can go for hours if you can keep it up :) A good amount of time would be 10-15 minutes.

I'm going to down a whole bottle of cialis and do them for a week straight. Go hard (pun intended) or go home. 😁

Or your heart lol. Many men stroked out while stroking in haha. I got the color loss last 2 times I tried it. I'll still take it again though haha.

You could do them for 10 h a day if you can lol..a healthy amount of ES would be 5-10 min a day.

They need to be right along side of all the other length exercises and when done they really speed gains and cementing.

today i started whit erect stretchings, n got my self hard cause i wasnt that hard started stretching,n i feel a lil burning sensation on the right side. i think is ok'.

I dont need injuries i want to measure on december 31st,maybe is a ligament that was stretched while being "cold" think its ok tough.
 
The side of what, the base or along the penis shaft? You should feel the most tug coming from your base. My left side would be a bit sore since I'm right handed. I have since made sure to do things evenly.

The burning i had it happen to me before and "coincidentally" (sarcasm) i grew 0.25 inches in BPEL the next day.

So I think it's a positive sign :)

Good. Must have been a bit of ligament soreness, nothing serious. Thanks for letting us know, I was worried.

yep i get this burning sensation but its ok, making sure to do things evenly is something to take into consideration:)

as long as its the burning in the inner penis and not the glans then you're fine.

maybe a bit above the base but is not a sharp pain its more like heat moving slowly its ok i think:)

Ligament strain for sure, like a sprained ankle. It will go away within 48 hours.

You are now a pro in PE so you should know better by now. When doing my erect stretches, I don't check time. I hold each stretch for 1 minute. I do 3 reps to the right and 3 reps to the left. I don't do to the Center.
