i have gone gone back to basic stretching and jelquing both very intense but i have seemed to make some flaccid gains and i know there is theory that erect stretching helps with erect gains so i was wondering how do you properly do erect stretches.
I find to be more efficient when done half or 3/4 erect. that way the tunica is still supple thus giving it more room to stretch. feels better than fully erect stretching as well.
I don't know if it is the right way to do it though.
When I do stretch, I don't do my stretches completely erect. I do them at around 70% that way you feel the internal chambers stretching as you stretch. It is my source for quick permanent gains. After a session your dick shoud feel sore in the shaft for the next few hours. This way you know that your shaft has been stretched not so much your ligs.
