So I was playing around to try to get a better stretch. I wanted to pull up on my dick at a 12 oclock angle. I tried the following and the whole under part of my penis felt like it was going to tear off and I was nice and sore for a little while.
I want to know if this is actually effective (would it be worth doing in a routine) and what part of my penis I'm actually stretching.
I grab my dick right under the glans and pull it as far up as I can (12 oclock). Sometimes I angle my fist forward a bit to intensify the stretch. With cock in hand fully stretched up I kind of stick my ass out and squat down. When I do this my hand stays anchored against my quadriceps but since Im squatting and sticking my ass out, my penis wants to keep moving with the rest of my body. This, for me, results in a hardcore stretch of the underside of my penis. I can basically put all the weight of my body into stretching my penis.
