Earthing and PE

Earthing is the newest trend I'm aware of in alternative health, and from what I can tell, it's legit.

The basic idea is that the human body, out of contact with the earth(bare feet on bare ground) becomes electron starved and develops all kinds of problems as a result. Makes sense to me, but I'm no scientist. I just stood on the ground for a few hours to check it out and my chronically sore back felt way better. A good start.

My buddy bought the body bands from earthing, and told me he sleeps better and needs less sleep! He said he wakes up an hour early, what I would do with an extra hour! (More PE, let's be honest)

Anyhow, I predict that if I start earthing daily, my gear will heal quicker, thus cementing permanent size faster. It sounds similar to ROP. Anyhow, I'm gonna start this week. I'll keep you posted!
 
That's only because your skeleton is better aligned when you don't wear shoes it doesn't have to do with electrons XD. I can't stand any type of shoe that has a heel, they make me more tired. I have one pair of police-style boots, but they are made like nikes *high-five*
 
I explained that wrong. I sat in a lawn chair with my feet on the bare earth. So while it could have been placebo, it definitely wasn't an alignment factor. I'll keep you posted about my results when I start earthing for 8 hrs a day

My friend also had that bracelet, and told me the same thing that it gives him more energy. But it is a placebo, think of those gym rats that buy overpriced unnecessary shit. If you shell out $60 for some test pills you will subconsciously do better because its a lot of money for it to do nothing.

I'm kinda surprised how much condescension I'm getting here. Uncharacteristic for the board.

Anyhow, I'm not standing on the earth for eight hours, although that would be hilarious. I'm buying the bands that I talked about and that the other dude commented on. They are $20 and that's an investment I'm willing to risk.

Do people talk trash about ROP also? Because we are talking about theoretically very similar things. If it doesn't help, fine, but if it does, I'll keep you posted.

It is the most important tool and one that can be honed and perfected when proper manifestation techniques are used. All journeys start with a thought, make sure that thought is a positive one!

Two weeks in on earthing, and I'm up more than a quarter inch in girth. Temporary gains? Certainly. But I broke my plateau and am at my biggest ever. Placebo? Don't know, don't care. My back(constant pain for about a year) barely hurts, I'm sleeping better, and I'm making steady growth above my old plateau. So as far as I'm concerned, earthing is a winner.
 
Back on topic; Most of my life I have gone barefoot. I also was brought up in a family that did not obsess over illness and germs. I never lost a day of school. I never got sick. Today, I still do not get sick. So I believe there is a lot to this.

Some days I do once with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] in morning, once at night, sometimes if I'm really sore I skip a day and seem to make renewed growth the next day.

Sometimes a day off is in order and can bring you back even stronger. The biggest thing to be careful about a day ff is that it does not turn into a month off.

What is a good amount of time for a "Decondituoning break" (not for an injury) ? 1week? 2weeks?
 
In two weeks I feel deconditioned enough, but really I don't know how long it would take. Maybe two month?
Everybodys different which is why you should just have two weeks, and check where you stand. Like do some jelqs, and if you immediately get a million red dots then you're deconditioned.
I don't think you need to be fully deconditioned as in 'like new' ; two weeks is plenty good for me.
 
You know what's weird? I haven't been getting red dots since I started this round. And it's not the grounding because I wasn't getting dots before I started it. Been slowly wearing away discoloration with amlactin and it seems to be working even though I'm doing girth work. Don't understand why.

Also my balls are growing since I started grounding. Don't know how much, probably not a lot, but they definitely feel bigger to the touch. And my veins are more visible. Subtle. Whole body effect, not just shaft. Although the shaft is harder to tell because I'm also doing amlactin, so that probably contributes.

Question for yall:

How often should one decondition?
 
I've tried that a little, maybe I should do it more. Definitely increases blood flow. I mostly bought them for back pain, but now that that is subsiding maybe I should focus more on PE.
 
Yes bro definitely; Ive been doing some earthing research, and I discovered how hardcore survivalists warm themselves in harsh cold weather very efficiently.When the unforgiving cold night arrives; they dig holes in the earth large enough to sit in. See during the day when the sun is out the ground absorbs, and retains residual heat energy. When you sit inside the hole the heat travels into your ashole; warming your entire body from the inside.

Most guys that take this type of break usually go for 2-4 weeks before starting again.
