lol you know, I see where both of you are coming from...Penis Enlargement is not easy. Some people can probably gain pretty easy (atleast at first) while others need to put in a huge amount of effort to see even modest gains. But if you aren't willing to dedicate a small portion of your life to this stuff, you won't see anything. I think if you can set aside two hours a day (or two 1-hour periods would be even better) to allow for warming-up, cooling-down, and the actual workout, you should see progress.
