DutchAthletic’s ascension path to 10” BPEL

I will start a thread soon, I made a promise a few months earlier here in these forums. I stated that I had been researching the UltraSound technology for along time, following carefully people testing this novel procedure from a scientific standpoint. One of them is Kyrpa. This is not bro science, this is scientific literature. I started following these guys over a year ago. The technology and science proved to be correct.

I started myself this new technology as couple of months ago with nothing less than IMPRESSIVE results. I was able to break after more than 10 years my limiting factor which is the tunica. And quite frankly, is the limiting factor for everybody. Many times it will be claimed that there are routines and exercises to surpass that limit, but that is false. If anybody gets results on the septum with conventional methods, is either because that is not his limiting factor yet, or, that septum hasn't reach its dead end. Once it gets there, is game over. UNTIL NOW.

With this science I have already gained almost 1 full inch in BPFSL in less than 2 months.

The reason why I haven't started a thread here yet is because there are many variables that we are still adjusting on each one of us, variables that complement each other with new knowledge to tune in the procedure. I believe once I reach the inch of new BPFSL I will detail a complete detail of this.

Rice sock, heat pad, IR light, ARE NOT the same. It might resemble a similar response form the tissues, it might yield some results, BUT that means that individual had NOT reach the septum dead end. This therapy IS NOT recommended for rookies, NOR for people who have not reached the Septum dead end after years of trying conventional methods and protocols.

Its not while hanging LOL. In fact, during the research of this novel scientific approach, hanging and other methods are VERY questionable. Its like lifting a car. You can get a couple of friends, use brute force risking everything and lift it. OR, you can use a car lifting jack.
 
By scientific principle any method that involves progressive increase in force is questionable for our purpose. Our purpose is to grow tissues, not make them stronger. Force leads to inflammation. Inflammation leads to tissue recovery, which as expected, recovers stronger than before. In the case of connective tissue or tendon tissue, NOT necessarily bigger than before. Wrongly, the same principle as skeletal muscle has been used. At the gym I wanna destroy the fibers and create inflammation. Because that leads to hypertrophy and strength. But connective tissue does not work in the same way.

One of my longtime dilemmas, and my common sense was telling me all along that we were WRONG, is the fact that you have those asian people hanging rocks from their dicks and even pulling cars, airplanes. Common sense will tell you, if pulling your dick makes it grow, then pulling an airplane or cars or rocks every day will give you a dick of 1 meter long. Well, it turns out there is not a single evidence that ANY go those guys have a big dick. ZERO. If that was the case, I can GAUARANTEE YOU the whole world would be doing the same.

So my longtime question was WHY their dick wont grow. Answer: Inflammation.

The way tissue like the septum grow is through stress relaxation and strain.
 
Ok I go through an exercise I relax n I have an straining session..

Anatomically the changes are supposed to be easy to notice after let's say a month,tunica, tissues,n corporea cavernosa,I'm doing the next exercise check it srt size blasters,foot long stretches, bundled stretching,what do you think? Have you done them?

Monday august 31th

I am researching for a good digital thermometer that doesn’t make an annoying “bleep” sound because all those fever thermometers make a sound when you reach 40+ degrees Celsius.

Well in my case that’s what I want to reach in order to grow the septum and tunica. But I can’t do this because i’m doing Ultrasound Therapy late at night when everyone’s asleep.

I am still jobless due to this covid-19 stuff. I don’t know when I will be able to move out and live on my own. For now, I absolutely have to do stealth PE.
 
If you have a room you can have your sessions there n you could isolate the sound turning an air fan or something..just an idea what about covering the device make it less noisy
 
Sunday september 6th

I am doing a kegel only routine with testicle massage as a econditioning phase until I am ready to start the UltraSound therapy. It will take like 6-8 more weeks until I can buy the 2nd device.

So that will ensure I am totally healed and deconditioned for a new Length phase with UltraSound.

I can’t wait to start ! But patience is key here. No need to rush things.

I am also on Nofap again since september 1st because I want full maximum erection quality in order to determine growth.

Fast kegel clamps 1*60 (PC-muscle)
Long slow kegel squeezes 1*60 (PC-muscle)
Mini kegels 2*100 (IC-muscle)
Reverse kegel holds 3*60s (BC-muscle)

when do you think you might post the US protocol you’ve been following? I’m chomping at the bit to hear how this works.

There are some threads already which explain everything in great detail. Look for Longerstretch’s posts. And Kyrpa. They have started to share information on this protocol. Their threads can easily be found on google and other PE boards.

Very soon. I am healing a giant blister I developed some 10 days ago while doing an experiment. Its actually healed, just giving a couple more days to the tissue to develop strength. After that I need to test a variable that in fact has these 10-14 days as part of the equation. Once I start again I will have that answer and I think it will be a good time to post the information.
