I am certain that I will gain girth from this. I am on Nofap and I massage my balls everyday and I do light jelqing. I want to go from 5.7 inches to a solid 6 inches in erect girth. That would be a nice baseline.

Well I relapsed several times over the course of 5 months... I started in january but I failed every month or so. The testicle massage ensures that your sexual energy can flow freely and it makes it so much easier to stay celibate and do nofap!

Also yoga helps alot with sexual energy circulation!
Now I can stay on Nofap forever because it’s very easy.

I am also a week into Nofap.

For me it’s not sexual and I really thought about this last night. I find adult entertainment to be disgusting and then I ask myself why I go and watch it.

I was praying last night and I was talking to God and I realized, with the help of the spirit, that what I love is passion. I don’t really like to look at people having sex it does nothing for me. What I love is to look at a woman’s face when she was truly experiencing pleasure and passion.

I found out that this is true as I was watching an opera of Angus Dia (A religious opera) and one of the female singers had so much passion on her face when she was singing that it completely turned me on. That’s when it hit me in the head like a brick! I wasn’t looking at her in any sexual way what was turning me on was her passion.
