DutchAthletic’s ascension path to 10” BPEL

Very soon. I am healing a giant blister I developed some 10 days ago while doing an experiment. Its actually healed, just giving a couple more days to the tissue to develop strength. After that I need to test a variable that in fact has these 10-14 days as part of the equation. Once I start again I will have that answer and I think it will be a good time to post the information.

Tuesday september 8th

I managed to fully isolate the (Ischiocavernosus muscle) also known as IC-muscle and I found out that it’s terribly weak. This is importantto determine pelvic floor muscle imbalances.

I did mini kegels for 5 minutes straight and instead of tiring out the muscle I became very hard. After the 7 minute mark I became flaccid again indicating that my IC-muscle was tired out.

The IC muscle is 80% involved in erection strength and hardness. This is the muscle to train for harder erections. So i’m only doing these for a while in combination with reverse kegels.

After my imbalances are corrected, I will proceed further with my regular kegel routine. Doing more kegel clenching will only further make things worse.

I gave my IC-muscle yesterday a good beating and it was exhausted. Now I am letting it recover while doing reverse kegels to relax everything in the pelvic floor. I have a very tight pelvic floor so I am also doing some yoga pelvic floor stretches.

I relapsed after 9 days of Nofap, I must control my horniness. The testicle massage therapy kick starts your sperm production and hormones and gets you really horny but you must control that desire. It’s hard to control your sexual energy but it will give better benefits if you’re able to.

Don’t think in terms of short term gratification.

I finally got a job so I now can start saving up for the second Ultrasound device.

It is evident that you need two devices in order to heat up the upper and lower shaft simultaneously and systematically.

I have been busy alot so I forgot to report here but I have to make myself accountable and keep reporting.

I strained too much with the pelvic floor muscles few days ago so I felt a sharp pain.

I took a few days rest. I did a reverse kegel so strongly that I overstrained my pelvic floor you have to watch out.

Instead of pushing too hard and straining it, during orgasm, make sure your pelvic floor muscles are strong enough to withstand the pressure and pleasure of orgasmic waves and holding back ejaculation.

I simply have too weak pelvic floor muscles during orgasm so it needs more training.

Once in a while I test my dry orgasm abilities and I failed again and I must go on and train longer to be able to hold back ejaculation easily.

So I am planning on making my pelvic floor muscles so strong that I can hold back ejaculation while riding the point of no return with no effort.

If you can do that your dry orgasms will turn into full blown full body orgasms and that pleasure is next level.

You have to be comfortable at the point of no return. Your pelvic floor muscles must be strong enough to ride those orgasmic waves without cumming. This is high level shit.

I am going on Nofap again and this time I will try to find the limit and keep holding back during edging.
when you’re next to cumming and do a reverse kegel the sexual pleasure will decrease a bit so you can keep thrusting without cumming.

All this stuff needs a delicate balance and is very worth it in the end.

Make it a habit of training your pelvic floor and approximate that point of no return and learn to handle the extreme sexual pleasure and energy.

I did a shock routine today in order to exhaust the IC-muscle that controls your erection hardness and strength. At around the 200 mark I got a hard erection, and it went away and got totally flaccid during the 400-500 mark.

I already feel that I can achieve harder erections with less effort. And it really boosts your kegel and reverse kegel efforts when you pump blood and contract your pelvic floor the shaft gets even harder.

Good stuff.

Great read! I’m very happy to hear that you’ve gotten a job that must feel great. I love that you’re going after strengthening your pelvic floor muscles exclusively because this will prove something that has been difficult to prove. I know you’re doing this to get better EQ but also make measurements of girth and length to see if you gain size in a exclusive pelvic floor muscle routine.

Yeah I believe that one can get bigger girth and length over time when you keep pushing your maximum limits of the blood chambers in the shaft.

I am not even training my dick with lead weights yet, can you imagine the force and power when you’re training it to hold half a pound or even a full pound. That’s entirely possible.

It’s really fun to play around with reverse kegels and kegels. One has to discover what one’s body is capable of.

it certainly sounds like you’re having a lot of fun and that’s exactly what I want you to do. If PE is not kept in the fun zone most men won’t survive long enough to grow. You have to make PE exciting and that excitement should come from the work you do in the growth that will come. At this point I have to start figuring out how to add resistance to the exercise in order to strengthen the IC-muscle.

Maybe I can the the pioneer in this area. I am really interested in this muscle and its relationships with the other pelvic floor muscles and surrounding hip muscles etc etc. All muscles work together in your body.

The thing is I don’t have any knowledge on of anatomy / physiology. I have to research this stuff myself and I really want to learn the mechanics of all these muscles.


I mean you can an infinite amount of the mini kegel exercises but that doesn’t add resistance right?

You can do 1000 bicep curls with no weights in your hand but that won’t grow and strengthen the bicep muscle.

I also feel little orgasmic spasms when I do these mini kegels alot which is an indicator of the IC-muscle being worked.

So it’s certainly enjoyable to do these exercises hundreds of times but there has to be a more time efficient way to produce bigger and better results. Literally bigger results. Pun intended.

A few ideas:

the mini kegel consists of contracting the IC-muscle a tiny bit. When you do it right, you’ll see the shaft at the base moving in and out of the body really quick. You can barely see it.

When you contract even further, the big pc muscles will take over. That’s not what you want to do.

You start flaccid but after 100-200 mini kegels you get hard.

I am thinking of adding some fishing lead and attach a line to it and attach that to an elastic small band which I wrap right under the glans.

The force of that fishing weight has to go in the opposite direction of the shaft so I am pulling with my mini kegels on the fishing weights.

I am lying down in bed usually while doing these kegels so i’ll attach a hook right above my bed with a pulley for the fishing weights line.

That will be my initial set up trying to add resistance to these IC-‘mini kegels.
