Think quality not quantity. I think thats how you gain the best, I really want the superdick theory to be the best theory because it is the most doable, not requiring so many hours every day.

How much should I increase the weights per week?
I am almost done with hanging 6x20 mins for one week 6.6 pounds. That’s 3kg

Bib the veteran hanger recommended an increase of no more than 15% , so that would be 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs) .....

I want to do more but I have to go easy and let my shaft, soft tissue etc get accustomed to hanging.

They advocate longer hours, with moderate fatigue inducing weight,

But you actually want to stress as much as possible right? But you cannot reach fatigue in 1x20 mins set, that would only cause me lots of pain.

Those hardcore hangers did a conditioning routine of months before they strapped on a kettlebell of 25+ pounds....

Would love to know how to increase weights fast,

Maybe only 1 hour (3sets) per day hanging?

Or just 1 set and try to get in as much pounds as possible?
 
Yes you are right you have to do it as fast as your body allows, you must get conditioned before starting superdick program. I wish my penis could handle 25lbs. sucks that we have to condition but gotta get to the end.
 
Its also not a power lifting competition when your hanging weights off your dick, and tbh you dont need a great deal in order to gain.

Some hardcore hangers who really enjoy it, and who have worked up conditioning can go over 50lbs, but this should not be something aimed for .. its not needed in order for gains to happen.

Stick to your plan, go up in small increments.

Okay but should I do one hour of hanging or will 6 sets benefit me the most? I mean more hanging could possibly be mean more noob gains right? After the initial conditioning phase....

If I wanted to save time, could I get away with one hour and then a little bit more weight? Few extra pounds to reach fatigue in 3 sets?

I’m thinking of decreasing sets, because I need more concentration and time on studies, so only 3 sets per day.... But with the same intensity as 6 sets.

I’m not rushing into upping the weights, I am very careful because I know how it hurts if you push your dick to its limits.

Just trying to save time.
 
Friday February 8th

9:30 PM

I was exhausted today, came home from university and I cleaned up my dorm room a bit, tomorrow they will deliver a freezer to my door. I need that to keep frozen foods, prepped and ready to eat for my long study days.

I didn’t do any PE today, and i’m running out of time, so I figured that i’m gonna try out 3 sets today.

With lengthmaster bundled stretching for 6 mins and 200 wet jelqs.

I feel that it’s harder and harder to keep an erection, even though I follow a heavy kegel program....

The fatigue starts to keep my dick limp, so that’s a good thing I guess. But not so good for kegel training.

I’m gonna buy a bucket to wash my hands next to my desk, because i’m sitting at my desk, and I need a quick convenient way to wash off the grease from my hands.

It is harder to dry jelq and kegel, that takes more time now which I don’t have, the only solution is to do 5 mins of jelqing (around 100 wet jelqs)

Blood circulation will be boosted tremendously and I will jelq after every hanging set, so I get my 300 jelqs in per day.

3 hanging sets 4kg (8.8lbs) + 300 jelqs, seems good to me.

Your on 6.6lbs try using 8lbs or double it to 12lbs for one set gently and see how it feels carefully.

That isn't a massive leap in weight, and because your cutting the sets, ramping up the intensity is important.

I’m currently hanging my second set of 4kg (8.8 pounds)

It’s doable, it stings a bit in the beginning but after that it’s a comfortable hang for 20 mins.

I’m thinking about how to properly attach a ring or something that can be placed behind the glans corona ridge that will hold the weights...

I feel that I have several inches that are not being stretched because I cannot strap in near the circumcision scar, that hurts alot, and also when I try to strap in behind the glans, it will give me alot of pain.

I wish I could find a way to hang safely from the gland only, glans has to be totally flaccid, and with some comfortable compression ring that gets attached behind the glans.... I feel that I get a way more productive stretch...

I am worried that i’m losing gains because I don’t stretch the whole length of the tunica shaft properly. That is really annoying.

No compression hanger, only a shoe lace with some wrap tied around behind my glans ridge.

I feel a more intense stretch with lower weights, now I really feel the tunica getting stretched out to the max.

I don’t know if this is healthy, but the size genetics also exerts the same force,

No shaft skin stretching, maybe a bit because i’m already quite loose in that department.

I’m gonna try out this method to see where it brings me. I feel the tunica ends in the glans, it’s the smallest point and right there you want to attack it with a good weight and hanging sets.

Of course, I am careful and monitor everything, I feel a burning sensation in my shaft, due to the weights, tunica is being worked heavier now.

EDIT: shaft skin is tight, shaft is being stretched out to the max, just like it is supposed to when hanging.

Only disadvantage is that the shoe lace is pulling the force down, so my gland bends a bit because the force is directed right down.

I feel a very good fatigue inducing stretch, from only 3kg (6.6lbs) this looks very promising !!

Only I don’t want to end up with a bend in my glans LOL.

Lots of good stuff since last time I read your thread. I think as long as you’re keeping an eye on things and paying attention to your body you’ll never injure yourself. I’m gonna experiment with different tightness levels, but the stretch is really comfortable.

Hanging my last set currently. I feel like my glans is loosing sensitivity because of the shoe lace strap.

Maybe this solution isn’t sustainable :(

I feel a good stretch nonetheless, I got a small blister on the corona glans edge, it doesn’t hurt, it will heal in a few days.

I’m gonna see how this will work out. Still at 3kg (6.6kbs)

200 wet jelqs to finish this day.

At some point it will damage the coronal rich as the week gets heavier. I highly recommend grabbing a pack of sleeves, these will let you continue to do what you’re doing with a lot less risk.

No, I wanted to buy the sleeves, but I cannot afford it currently. In about two weeks i’m gonna buy those sleeves.

I want to strap in right behind the glans, I don’t want unstretched tunica or only pulling on the shaft skin.

I find it very interesting that even though i’m stretched out to the max with shoe-lace-glans-hanging, my loose shaft skin is still not enough to only feel the pull for 100% on the tunica lol.

My BPFSL is currently: 19.8 cm (7.8 inches) measured at the top from the pubic bone while standing.

I think it’s gonna take a good year to really stretch the skin out so that I can start make gains.

What sleeves do you recommend? Because I want to buy those extender sleeves so that I can heal in an extended state, and the glans cap sleeve ?

Should I put on the glans cap sleeve ? Or a normal sleeve over the glans so that I can strap on a shoe lace safely?

I’m pretty tired from last week. I feel that I need to sleep more, but my workload won’t let me sleep. Also if you’re struggling with homework and spend 3 hours on problem sets and you still don’t get it, that won’t help either. I wish I had the intelligence to rush through all homework and studying but it always comes with hurdles and obstacles.....

I sleep 6 hours during the weekdays, and I should sleep 8....

I didn’t go to the gym friday, because it was late and there was and still is so much homework....

I’m glad that I can still hang, only if it’s for one hour a day, i’m still stretching, so that gives me peace in my mind.

I try to relax and take it easy, but I have this burning desire deep down in my subconscious mind to spend the whole day PE’ing....

But unfortunately we have to work / study so that isn’t possible ??

I think if I spended 2 years full time on PE, I could get to 10 inches BPEL very fast maybe even under 2 years

Sometimes I just wish I was already graduated so that I could find a job which leaves me plenty of free time in the evenings to spend the whole night PE’ing and gaming ?

It’s really a sacrifice that I have to make, i’m 26 years and I messed up my younger years in highschool and now I am still in college to try to get a degree.

Lots of time wasted, but yeah looking to the past won’t help me. We just have to push forward.

So for today

  • Pre- Bundled stretching 6 mins lengthmaster
  • 3x20mins shoe-lace-glans-hanging with 3 kg (6.6lbs)
  • 200 wet jelqs
