I’m pretty tired from last week. I feel that I need to sleep more, but my workload won’t let me sleep. Also if you’re struggling with homework and spend 3 hours on problem sets and you still don’t get it, that won’t help either. I wish I had the intelligence to rush through all homework and studying but it always comes with hurdles and obstacles.....

I sleep 6 hours during the weekdays, and I should sleep 8....

I didn’t go to the gym friday, because it was late and there was and still is so much homework....

I’m glad that I can still hang, only if it’s for one hour a day, i’m still stretching, so that gives me peace in my mind.

I try to relax and take it easy, but I have this burning desire deep down in my subconscious mind to spend the whole day PE’ing....

But unfortunately we have to work / study so that isn’t possible ??

I think if I spended 2 years full time on PE, I could get to 10 inches BPEL very fast maybe even under 2 years

Sometimes I just wish I was already graduated so that I could find a job which leaves me plenty of free time in the evenings to spend the whole night PE’ing and gaming ?

It’s really a sacrifice that I have to make, i’m 26 years and I messed up my younger years in highschool and now I am still in college to try to get a degree.

Lots of time wasted, but yeah looking to the past won’t help me. We just have to push forward.

So for today

  • Pre- Bundled stretching 6 mins lengthmaster
  • 3x20mins shoe-lace-glans-hanging with 3 kg (6.6lbs)
  • 200 wet jelqs
Well that guy rick rossner spent a lot of years in highschool/college and he is one of the smartest men alive so you can take some solace in that fact :) Im in similar situation as you but I have decided that I will spend 1 hour on PE and instead go maximum possible intensity and I hope im still getting close to the maximum gains of each day!
 
Also really great bpsfl. When you reach 8.5 I think you might even change your goal of 10 inches at least for me I agree with dld the closer we get to 9 the more we realize how ridiculus 10 inches really is. But im sure you can get there if you still want to the closer you get!

I really hate it that my BPFSL is not increasing, I stretched for months and months.... I mean it should have gotten longer and I would have been happier.

If you do everything right, your BPFSL should be increasing EVERY week. One should measure their BPFSL gains, and I wonder when BPFSL gains are converted to BPEL gains... ?

I really don’t understand why my BPEL also doesn’t increase, maybe i’m not at the minimym weights treshold for gains...

I think the best way is to absolutely destroy the tunica shaft by stretching very intense, approaching your limits while staying safe.

And no, I really need 10 inches. I’m not gonna back down from my goal and quitting at 8.5 or something. That would be cheating.

I just have to accept the fact that this ascension path will gonna take 5 years, if not more....

Totally depends on the time investment.

I want to be the biggest that girls ever had, and the thickest.

I don’t care if I cannot go all the way in, that seems like a luxury problem to have. If you do everything right, you could massage her A-spot, and give her deep A-spot anterior fornix / cervix orgasms.

And i’m not planning in settling down and having a wife, i’m not cut out to be a husband/provider.

I’m glad if I can support myself and having my own place, and hobbies without the headaches of co-habitating with a girlfriend/wife/children.

It takes months to translate across, and only does so when adequate rest has taken place. It will happen, dont fret over it. I have to disagree with needing to see increase in BPFSL every week, this wont happen every week even with the best will in the world, with the most intensity swinging pounds from the penis.

At some point, you reach a sticky ... it becomes very psychological at that point, many become confused, depressed, give up, or hammer it into oblivion .... sometimes all you need is patience!

Weather the storm, you have to navigate the stormy seas as the Brits did hundreds of years ago :) and the Dutch mind you! Patience is needed, sometimes you dont have an instant solution, and at times going up in intensity wont cut it.

We spoke about the less sets with more poundage, that is great. Stick with it now for 6-8 weeks with slight increase in poundage every 2 weeks or so ... do not be discouraged, so long as you maintain the execution to the method, you will gain.

This is not complex, its simple in that your body is under stress right, and under stress it has no option but to adapt. For example in the sun you either burn or tan, lift weights you become stronger, larger, better endurance for that muscle. While stretching the penis, hanging weights from it, with time the gains are going to come .. its just very difficult for all of us to give precise times on it.

A loose guide I always gave from my own experience was 6-8 weeks, with permanency within 6 months of consistent exercise.

The great gainers like DLD had an iron mindset, and you must be like that ... many times it will appear fuck all is happening, and that its all over ... well it is not, your body will be doing things behind the scenes ready for growth to materialize, and as long as you keep to sensible limits, do it consistently with dedication all will be dandy.

When I come out of retirement, which will be in a month or so once I get the MityVac, SizeDoctor and glans pump going into a routine, I will be going for it like I have never gone for it before, but I know full well, as always, the length has been one hard slog fest for me ... many obstacles I have faced with that, but now I have a different tac, and it will have to bend to my way, it has no option anymore.
 
What sleeves do you recommend? Because I want to buy those extender sleeves so that I can heal in an extended state, and the glans cap sleeve ?

Should I put on the glans cap sleeve ? Or a normal sleeve over the glans so that I can strap on a shoe lace safely?

Yes get both the sleeve and the head cap. Together they will work not only to keep you elongatef but also deal with that coral ridge issue with the shoe string.

I’m buried under my textbooks... So much work to do.... Damn i’ll be glad when this is over.

I did my meditations and practised lucid dreaming.
I have a problem with lying still. You have to lie down on your back and not moving any body parts.

I try to induce sleep paralysis but still no luck on inducing it on waking time, also at night it’s hard for me.

Very good days work! I can’t wait to you get your sleeves see how they work with your hanging. I don’t know that lucid dreaming too much, but I do know about getting to a very peaceful quiet place through prayer. For me I turned on the lights, I like candles and I close my eyes and quiet my heart and mind and just listen. I practice this every single night and it brings me so much relaxation, joy and happiness and it relieves so much stress. For me finding this point in prayer was a life changer and really changed the person I am inside. I pray that you can get to that place and feel that warm and peace.

Regarding this, there could be books (short ones) about accelerated reading / speed reading.
OK, Photoreading ... Now that might seem very silly but I did have some success with it. I do use several different speed reading techniques. Mindmapping is a great way for studying if you're not using it yet.
I don't know much about studying though, but those few tools were something that saved my time a lot!

I'm glad you're back at the dorm, possibly having more private time. :)

Basically we don’t need to read all of the words we simply need to understand at a glance the property of each sentence. Eventually you’ll be reading line by line instead of word by word. With practice you can become so much faster. The program I used I’m gonna have to search for and I hope it still around if not I’ll find another one compatible. But speed reading has helped me get through hundreds of emails and posts a day with efficiency. If I were not able to speed read it would take me two days to do all the work I do in one day.

It’s very tempting to increase sets, but I have to wait, until I get all my work done And until i’m on schedule with the study program I won’t increase sets.

I wanna do 6x20mins sets extremely heavy to be sure that I gain the maximum amount within a relatively short time period.

Maybe it’s a mental thing or sometjing but I cannot believe people gained on only 3x20 even when they went very heavy....

Ah well, Just keep going I guess, 1 hour is the treshold, I have to get at least one hour of hanging a day.

I’m gonna start my hanging sets in 10mins.

I’ve noticed increased soreness under my glans coronal ridge from shoe-lace-hanging.

Tomorrow i’ll get my two buckets so I can jelqs between sets. I cannot do kegels and reverse kegels when I start hanging because of dick fatigue...

I have to do my kegel program before I start hanging.

Jelqing is the only way to revive my dick within 10 mins. I have natural olive soap from Syria, a very good grease and oil dissolver, it cleans your hands and dick after jelqing very effectively.

I agree with Red you need to get yourself a better hanger. I don’t like the stress that’s been put on your coronal ridge mainly because I don’t understand it and I don’t want you to hurt yourself. You can make much better hangers than what you’re using if it’s about the lack of money. If not not pick yourself up a Lengthmaster or a SizeDoctor and hang Safely. I can’t really advise on the shoestring because I’ve never tried it but all I can imagine is it would torture the coronal ridge.
 
Thursday February 14th

My glans is becoming too sore from the shoe-lace-hanging. I have that compression hanger from StillWantMore2

I’m gonna proceed with the compression hanger, this was just a test to see how it would affect my dick. Unfortunately you cannot go higher in weights with that method. It’s great for many hours on relatively low weights, like an all day stretcher.

Today I officially started my keto diet. Very convenient, easy and fast. 230 grams of fat, 28 grams of carbs, and 90 grams of protein. Around 2800 calories.

I estimate that within 6 months i’ll be down to 10-12% bodyfat.

I combine this method with 72hour water fasts every week from sunday 6:00 PM till Wednesday 6:00 PM... This way I won’t lose my hard earned muscle mass because the body is already fat adapted and running 100% on (body)fat. It’s a practical way to save money lol.

I’ll be doing 6 mins of bundled stretching tonight, 3x20mins hanging 4-5 kg (8.8-12lbs) and after every set i’m gonna do 100 wet jelqs. In total that will be 300 jelqs after i’m done with hanging. Maybe if there’s time i’ll do another hanging set.

I’ve bought 2 buckets that I positioned under my desk with towels and coconut oil, I can stay in my room forever, jelqing and hanging.

I only go outside to take a shit, or to cook dinner, so I have maximum privacy time. I love this set up.

I do my hanging set and 100 jelqs to restore bloodflow. After jelqing my dick is fat and meaty. I don’t even feel those 4kg (8.8lbs) anymore....

Should I increase the weight to 4.5 kg? I think I conditioned my dick alot already lol. Maybe it has some sort of hanging-memory from last year.

With this set up I can clean my hands quickly and continue studying.

It’s 9:30 PM and i’m in my last set already, time flies, sets fly by, it’s nothing really.

I like that I get 300-400 jelqs every day with hanging, that will increase my girth as well for sure!

Very nice. I wish I could do this all day long ?
 
I had no idea you had stillwantmore’s hanger, why have you not use that instead of a shoelace? Definitely break out that hanger and start using that instead of shoelaces and all this pain will go away and you’ll save your Coronal ridge.

With this hanger you should increase the weight steadily and progressively. You want to get in good 20 minutes sets that bring you to the point of fatigue. If you’re not reaching the point of fatigue you should increase the weight.

I’m happy you’re getting your jelqing in and I also hope that you try the SlowSuashJelq as I think you may get much more expansion from that exercise.

And I’m glad that school is fitting right into your schedule, that’s what you want with PE a comfortable amount of time to get your work done without falling behind on your studies. Good work my brother

Yeah I was hanging with StillWantMore’s compression hanger, but I wanted to test shoe-lace-glans-hanging. I’ve concluded that it’s only effective at lower weights 6-8 pounds....

I’m continuing my sets with the compression hanger, it was a nice experiment though.

I have the right set up for everything so i’m good to go!
