I am switching up my kegel routine. I’m not gonna train every day anymore. I have to build in adequate rest. I have a hard time keeping a full erection while kegeling during the day. I can’t even hang fishing weights on my shaft anymore. Fatigue sets in after 2-3 sets.

I was alternating every day between fast kegel clenching and long slow squeezes but I have to combine them in one training and only perform it 3-4 times per week.

I am designing a new kegel routine with more rest.
 
Monday september 2nd

I switched up my routine and I started over again without weights. I’m building up strength and endurance with 48 hours of rest between every training. I combine fast kegels with slow squeezes:

I did not had the time last weekend to exercise as I was visiting my parents house. I only did the usual kegel routine but I couldn’t hang unfortunately. I’m back at my own place now and I have 2 hours to hang this night before going to bed.
 
I noticed that if I let my SiliStretcher2 hang continuously for 60 minutes straight instead of the 30 minutes sets I get a little bit of fluid retention in the glans. Even at low weights of 1 Lbs (0.5 kg).

MOS recommends to turn the valve knob just half way, but I feel that would generate not much vacuum force so I turned the knob one full turn. Maybe that could be the problem.

What I don’t understand is how you can get your whole glans in it because mine doesn’t fit lengthwise. You’d have to turn the valve knob until the Silipad2 is completely retracted into the vaccuum chamber but then you cannot turn the valve knob anymore to generate vaccuum force...

I made a 1 mm pinhole in it but I need to make it bigger. Like 2 mm.

I currently jelq every other day. It’s for erection quality and hardness and I figured I should let my penis have the chance to heal and grow instead of jelqing every day. That might be counterproductive regarding erection health and veins/artery health.

I’m not trying to gain girth here, it’s only for extreme erection hardness. I want my penis to be in top condition at all times.

I read that your smooth muscles need to push against the tunica layer in order to get rock hard erections.

My only problem is that i’m not able to keep that erection for long.... I noticed with kegel training that i’m not able to stay erect while kegeling, also with reverse kegeling I have troubles.

Maybe it’s because i’m sitting on my knees on my bed and after a while my bloodflow concentrates on my legs and flows out of my dick.

I don’t know, maybe my hormones are going haywire so I have to get bloodwork within a few weeks. ?

I’m not overtraining in kegels, I started a light routine and with 48 hours of rest and I cannot even stay erect through 6 sets of kegeling.

Maybe I have to start out with an even lighter routine...

I think the DuroSleeve also contributes alot to the snug fit and pull on glans/shaft which means it can tolerate more weight without fluid retention.

That’s just what the Duro sleeves were created for so I’m glad you’re getting that better fit and being able to tolerate more weight.

Right on point my brother this is a marathon not a walk in the park. I’m glad you have the understanding of this as it will keep you motivated in training. PE is not instantaneous, it takes work, motivation and most important, patience.

Kegels are a great way to make it through a break. You can get some light stretching in when you go to the bathroom and under the covers at night also.

So now that I got my heating source I will put it in position under my desk so it can heat up my shaft in the best way possible. I still have those tanning bed goggles so I can protect my eyes when I look at the infrared lamp so that’s nice.

I will measure pre-BPFSL and post-BPFSL and I will document it in my logs. My units are in millimeters as it is easier to track gains and more precise than inches or the United States Customary Unit system.

The only thing I can’t measure is my dick shaft core temperature when hanging heated so I have to figure out a way to measure that temperature as it is important.

Unfortunately we cannot leave the infrared lamp on for hours and hours on end so I will alternate between 10 minutes on / 10 minutes off. I hope this lamp is good and won’t explode like those last cheap ones.

I paid around €60 for this one so I hope it will last me a good amount of time until I get the ultrasound device.

Looking good as far as measuring and heat. I'd recommend at least 20 to 30 min if you're using an infrared. It'll take this long to approach therapeutic range.

You're hanging alott of sets but weight is pretty low, which is best for beginner. Heat should really allow gains to take off and allow you to keep weights low.

Do you mean continuously infrared heat of 20-30 minutes? Because i’m doing it 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off because I don’t want the lamp to explode later down the road. I’m saving up for the ultrasound device. I read that one needs some kind of gel to apply on the shaft right? I use a DuroSleeve with the SiliStretcher2 so I wonder if it’s possible to heat up the sleeve? Like does it matter if the sleeves get heated or moistured with gel etc?

If you cannot heat your dick shaft through a sleeve like the DuroSleeve how am I supposed to apply constant heat for 30 minutes while hanging?

When you hang you are wrapped up or you have a DuroSleeve on with the SiliStretcher2 vacuum chamber for comfortable hanging sessions.

If we only heat up the shaft with the gel and ultrasound device how are we gaining length?

Damn so this infrared lamp that I got is only for max 15 minutes. I can’t find any infrared heating lamp which is able to heat for more than 15 minutes. That seems to be the maximum time for those commercial lamps. It’s because the lamps are sold for muscle injuries and heating therapy for short durations.

So actually I don’t get any benefits from this lamp? So 10 minutes of heat doesn’t do anything to my shaft while hanging with the SiliStretcher2 ?

Should I return it and just keep on hanging cold while saving up for an ultrasound device ?
