I have to construct something so I can lay down on my bed and get my SiliStretcher hanging sets in while reading books. It’s a nice way to mix things up because now i’m constantly setting behind my desk while hanging.

Slow twitch pc muscles

What did you have in mind?

I have these clothing racks in my room and I want to position one at the left side of my bed and the other clothing rack at the right side of my bed.


I tried this out a few months ago at my parents’ house and I used a clothing rack with a pulley attached to it positioned right next to my desk chair.

That allowed me to hang straight up to the left.

It’s easier to use and buy clothing racks rather than making a new construction because it will look odd in your room lol. Because I live with roommates.

Those clothing racks are stealth and no one will question why I have those in my room.

I can also put a steel rod between the two clothing racks positioned to the left and right side of my bed so that I will have a hook up point for my pulley right above me while lying down in my bed.

I will make some pictures when I am ready.

I decided to have a rest day because I didn’t had enough time to PE and I wanted to get some sleep in to recover properly from my running workout and gym workout.

I am exercising 6 days per week now and I have to ease into it. I run in the forest 3 days per week and I go to the gym 3 days per week.

I have found a job to work remotely from home as an iOs product specialist iphones & tablets etc... This means I can get in as many hanging hours as possible during the day while working.

It will be an online customer service job and i’ll be helping iOs customers while riding the fatigue and enlarging the tunica. ?

The salary isn’t high but this will create the opportunity to set up an online business. I want to create passive income and I want to be my own boss. I believe there is much money to make online.

I chose for this path because I want financial freedom, to do whatever I want in my life. The armed forces seems to be like a prison. And I am really trying to be and eat healthy in order to grow my dick and heal my body.

In the armed forces i’d be eating crap food that is unhealthy with very little sleep and I don’t have the time to do my hanging sets and to work on my projects like the online business and passive income streams.

I now realize more than ever that your TIME is your greatest asset....

I am almost 27 years old and I have to find a way to make money online. I dropped out of college because of the insanely high debts. And I am turning 30 years in 3 years.... I want financial freedom and personal + spiritual growth and my 10 inch dick.

That’s all I am asking. I don’t want to be rich. I don’t care about being rich or having materialistic desires.

I just want to be able to sustain myself by working for myself and being my own boss. I want all my time to be committed to SiliStretcher hanging and working on my financial freedom.

I have spiritual and personal goals which I cannot align with the armed forces. So I have to make choices. I have to say goodbye to some careers in order to get to 10 inches length.

I will be working from home and I will get my hanging hours while working, no matter what happens. I have 3 years from now and I want dick length as soon as possible.

I find that those blue Silisleeves are not sustainable with SiliStretcher hanging. I kept blue Silisleeves for weeks to use in case the one used on the SiliStretcher would wear out.

Eventually they all got worn out like the sleeves aren’t useful anymore for SiliStretcher hanging.

It looks like those Silisleeves deteriorate and lose they elastic strength when keeping them as a reserve.


I don’t know what’s happening but the Silisleeve gets folded over the edge of the SiliStretcher vacuum chamber and that’s a critical point where those Silisleeves lose their strength.

I tried to hang again but the Silisleeve will get sucked into the vacuum chamber and it will balloon up and pop if you aren’t quick to reduce the pressure and get the weights of your SiliStretcher.

I don’t know if this was your experience as well. But I cannot continue to hang like this.

Fortunately I have ordered two duro sleeves and the new SiliStretcher2.

Unfortunately, the blue couldn't handle basic function with my unit. I believe this is due to folding of the material, exposing it's vital, and ultimately fatal vulnerability.

The DuroSleev is what you need for anything other than just staying elongated for the day. They have some serious strength. I will be purchasing another as a backup, because I know I will eventually destroy it. ?

Yea i’m like sitting here my desk figuring out ways to continue my hanging sets but i’m afraid those blue Silisleeves aren’t cutting it.

Got 2 hours in today and I think I have to wait for those DuroSleeves.

Also I found out my 1.5” diameter SiliStretcher chamber is too much for me. It has too much empty space which creates more vacuum force on the glans which results in more fluid retention. I want to try out the new 1.25” Diameter SiliStretcher2....
 
I forgot how bruising and soreness will come after a few male hanging sets. The compression totally crushes my shaft. Not a nice feeling. Even with fhe Silisleeves on I have my skin pulled up to the glans while hanging. No clean grip unfortunately. I feel like it pulls the skin mostly with those Silisleeves as a wrap.

*sigh* i’m gonna wait till my SiliStretcher2 arrives. Hopefully it will arrive on friday or saturday.
 
It should be there by Friday and I think you’re gonna be very happy. I would switch over to the Duro sleeves as there are more made for handling heavier weight.

Yea I have some DuroSleeves with the SiliStretcher2. The long one and short one. I am taking a few rest days and wait for my package.

I cannot wait to try it out!

Can you imagine the insane amount of SiliStretcher2 hanging hours?

I’ll be working office hours at home from 08:00 AM till 5-6 PM and on top of that i’ll be hanging in the evening as well every day.

I will clock in at least 70-80 hours per week with hanging. This will get me faster to my end goal of 10 inches BPEL.

I can’t help it but girth will grow along with it because every hour i’m doing a couple of Slow Squash Jelqs to restore my glans from hanging so my girth will grow as well. I don’t mind it.

I think within one year at least 1”-1.5” in BPEL gains with this method while working remotely from home.

I’m spending my evenings and weekends also on hanging. Because i’ll be working on launching an online business I will kill two birds with one stone. ???

Duuude! Love the worksite setup you have!! Hahaha, hell yeah brother! I have a few of those little pulleys in a box somewhere, from my late pup and his run. Was thinking about throwing them up, as it would allow more weight tension to be focused on the vacuum cap, and not the anchor point.

Bro, seriously impressed. Wish I had those cool toys that you guys have had the pleasure of utilizing on your individual journeys.

I feel that if I stroke my cock for 10 seconds I cum immediately and that’s a bad thing. I’m on Nofap but when I have to take measurements I need to masturbate a few minutes to get to 100% erection hardness but it isn’t possible due to premature ejaculation issues so i’m gonna fix that.

I tried to put on the SiliStretcher2 but the small DuroSleeve was way too tight. I think its diameter is 19 mm. I have ordered another DuroSleeve with a diameter of 25 mm and 101 mm long. These DuroSleeves are very sturdy and I had troubles to put the sleeve on my shaft.

The 1.25'' diameter SiliStretcher2 is too small for me I think. I'm gonna test out the 1.5'' diameter SiliStretcher2 with the big DuroSleeve 25mm diameter. I'm gonna cut it with scissors so it will be 100 mm long.

These DuroSleeves are incredible! I don’t know how but these DuroSleeves have managed to get me into tunica burning fatigue within 1 hour of hanging... Only at 2.5-3 kg (5.5-6.6 lbs)

More grip on glans + shaft, more strength, in combination with the new SiliStretcher2 vacuum chamber ensures fast fatigue.

It’s ideal because now I can ride the fatigue for the rest of the day at lower weights.

I got a blister on my glans after hanging too much.
I was hanging for 4 hours I think and the last set I forgot to take the weights off because I was reading something on my laptop. I ignored the countdown timer and I had to take it off but I didn’t....

So it’s my own damn fault. Now I have to wait a few weeks before I can hang again.

It was a very good stretch but I went too far with it. Now I have the same blister on my glans as what happened a few months ago. I have to take time off to let it heal.

The SiliStretcher2 is very strong and the vaccuum forces are not to be underestimated. You HAVE to take it off every hour, especially when you’re already experiencing tunica fatigue to check your dick.

100 jelqs for erection hardness & quality

When I hold a long kegel squeeze it’s harder to maintain a full erection with 10 grams of weight attached to my shaft.

I think it’s because a kegel squeeze is static, like one pump movement and then you hold it for 30-60 sec so you don’t pump in blood anymore....

But that’s okay because we are training the slow twitch muscles (70% of the whole pelvic floor muscles!) in order to gain strength for ejaculation control.

I experimented with holding a long slow kegel squeeze and simultaneously doing a reverse kegel, and it allows more blood flow into the shaft and your erection will get fuller and meaty but not 110% hardness unfortunately.

I’m studying the mechanics of these movements and their impacts on erection hardness and quality.
 
I absolutely love it! I was way too enthusiastic! I have to learn the hard way! You cannot go for hours without checking your glans!

I love the SiliStretcher2 and the new DuroSleeves. They induce tunica fatigue way faster.

Yep, i’m balancing on a fine line of fatigue and injury. If only there was a way to strap in the SiliStretcher and hang for 10-15 hours straight.... without breaks.... Just continously riding that tunica fatigue the whole day.

The glans is the limiting factor unfortunately.... It can only take so much vaccuum pressure before blisters will start to pop up.

I ignored my countdown timer and I felt a really nice fatigue, but I have to check my glans every hour from now on.

Maybe try those two together, and place a condom over your penis fitted with a silicap.

See if that gives it some extra support, and ensure you have a small pin hole in the silicap tip to release any built up internal pressure.

I made a slit hole in the blue soft SiliCape but it doesn’t work. I think the SiliCap needs have more strength or something. I have a very sensitive glans even though i’m circumcized.... I push my glans as far as possible against the Silipad, then I roll over the SiliSleeve and then I turn the knob for vaccuum pressure.... If I don’t check every hour I will get blisters. Especially if you’re already been hanging for 5 hours.

I tried the small vaccuum chamber so it will have less trapped air in the chamber but it doesn’t help. I’m gonna try out the middle one after my injury is healed.

I used to hang with the 1.5” diameter middle one vaccuum chamber but the problem is the trapped air in the chamber which leaves room for suction forces on the tip of the glans.

I’ll try out the condom method but that isn’t sustainable, having to take it off every hour would be a hassle. I will just slowly ease into it.

As you can see it’s on the same spot as last time. Exactly on the same spot, this seems to be my weak spot now.
