Before I was doing only [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session for 1,5 months , 20 minutes each. And the deal is I dont see any results I'm 6"x5" .
Now my routine last 3 months is :
Morning: Warm up (10 min) , Basic stretch routine , [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] (15 min).
Evening :Warm up (10 min) , Basic stretch routine , [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] (15 min), Basic Jelqing (200) , [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words] (30 - 45 min) - squeeze for 1 min , [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] (20 min) , warm down, PC Muscle Kegels 50x 5s hold x 2s rest.
Any thoughts why I dont have any gains?
