So... what is really happening is that you are keeping the penis "irritated" all day long and because of that it grows to counteract the "irritation"

given this knowledge I have started a routine where I do a 5-10 minute jelq sesson every 1 to 1 1/2 hours all day long. Lately I have been getting about 8 sessions in per day.

The theroy being that if I can keep the penis "irritated" I can cause it to grow on it's own and not only sut stretch it.

I think it's slightly diffrent.
"Irritation" theory makes sense but with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you keep your penis both irritated and stretched so it grows bigger. With several jelque sessions a day you just irritate it but let it stay the way it wants to stay.
But keep doing it and let us know the results.

It sounds like the same theory that's behind all other stretching exercises. It's not that you're permenantly elongating individual cells with any particular exercise, but rather, you're causing tension that instigates the body into creating additional flesh in order to lessen the stress.
