does pe really provide gains without any maintenance?

You might loose a little tiny bit after years and years of no pe but the lost gains come very fast
 
If you will lose some gains nobody can say it though everybody is different
There are guys who lose gains after a few months of doing nothing
During my breaks i have never lost anything though
 
remember to cement your gains once you reach your goal, its always better to go past .5 inches of your regular goal so if you lose some you'll just go back to your original goal.
 
ive wondered this aswell. a safe bet would probably be to go 0.25-0.5 inch over your goal, the go on a cementing program
 
The only gains that will be lost are those that were not cemented before you stopped. I suggest to all men to train .25" past their goal this way they will settle into their goal when they retire. I also suggest that you get in a PE session once per week to keep good penile health. mmh, if I had to choose between going 0.25 or even 0,5 inches above my goal or keeping up a simple maintenance routine I'd definitely choose the latter. I think it's much harder to get that 0.25-0.5 additional inches than to jelq twice a week for 15-20 mins or so and also I imagine it to be very hard to watch those "over the top"-gains go again though there might not have another purpose than that.

Either method will work just fine. I like the idea of keeping a maintenance routine for life, not just to secure gains but to keep your piece in tip top shape.
 
Train .5 inch past goal size and you will permanently settle into goal size. Maintaining is all about keeping your penis healthy
Like if your length goal is BPEL: 8", then go hard with exercises to, 8,5" and then do maintenance once a week? Maybe 40 minutes doing downward bundled stretches behind the ass? Is this a good approach?
