Like if your length goal is BPEL: 8", then go hard with exercises to, 8,5" and then do maintenance once a week? Maybe 40 minutes doing downward bundled stretches behind the ass? What about pumping after you've reached goal?Yes. I always maintain with 10 minutes SSJ and 10 minutes of basic stretching
