Just wondering how many of you guys actually cool down after a pe session. Heard it has many benefits but just wanted to hear some peoples opinions. Just incase people get confused I mean cooling down not warming down also cooling down in an extended state.
I have found research that suggests allowing your penis to come to room termperature while continue to stretch it is a good idea. (If you're using heat to begin with.) Icing is also indicated, but I never tried it more than a couple of times and felt that the type of stretching we do is unlike the stretch-heat-ice cycles that many therapists use.
i've never tried cooling down...but i do warm down either with a shower or heating pad...honestly i don't think there would be too much difference in cooling down or warming down...if someone else has an opinion on it more than happy to listen what can possibly be the difference in the benefits
Yeh I read over at another forum that they did some research on rats tails which contain ligaments. They stretched them effectively using heat but even more so cooling them down in the extended state. Also another research project applyed to human ligaments proved the same sort of result.

Very true I'm going to try to do most of my stretching this way and see what happens. Think I might need to take more rest days though something like 2 on 1 off.
Perhaps the best method would be to do a "warm down" followed by a passive "cool down". Keeping the penis warm after Penis Enlargement/stamina work allows the tunica to remain stretched and keeps the blood flowing, which keeps the penis in a pumped state longer. Immediately "cooling" the penis down after a Penis Enlargement session would deprive you of this benefit.
Well it is definitely worth some more research. I think there was a thread at one of the other forums that got pretty in depth with it. I will see if I can find it. It might have been at Peforum, not sure.
I remember a total waste of time thread (as is often the case on Thunders). The "research" went back and forth and round and round until nothing was decided or confirmed but everyone in the world stated their opinion. (There's a lot of bullshit called research on Thunders.)
I did my own research on the subject and found that active cool down (with ice-cold) is used in many treatments. Cooling to room temperature is used in the rest. "Warming down" was never used in any treatments I found.

Good point! This is why I tell guys to explore and invent. I was not so different, I wanted to find the best way for me to gain and I was constantly searching. This is where much of my work was done, in the bathroom. If I never explored and stuck with the way things were in Penis Enlargement 10 years ago I would have never gotten to where I am and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] would not exist.
