I am a member of your paid site, and have downloaded most of the exercises.

I don't have much time, and I wish to keep it simple, so here's my question.

I want to gain a little more girth (+1.0) and a lot of length (+2.0), with minimal exercises. Will Iso Compression Squeezes and Clock Bends do the trick?

I think ICS are an incredible girth workout and if used for extended sessions will make your girth goals. You will need to include some type of stretching to meet your length goals. Phase 1 has a very basic stretch routine that is extremely simple, fast and powerful.
 
Yeah, I think the compression squeezes could be all you need for the girth, but use something basic like stretching for length. Clock bends are too advanced and specialized for your purposes.
