I've made gains and everything, but today I discovered DLD's sock stretches. OMFG!!! Talk about intensity! Are you guys doing them? They give me the most intense stretch, I almost cry doing them.
I plan on using them for all my future stretching. What do you guys think about the sock-stretches?
