DLD Make me a stretching routine

You don't get to your PMs much do ya homey? ;) I'm looking for something that doesn't take long and would be intense and effective. Can I really get gains from manual stretching? You know I'm a hanging advocate and never really embraced manual stuff for length. Enlighten me.

Since you are so tied to hanging you should try the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words]. Once wrapping is mastered, something you know better than most, the stretching is insane. Hit me up at guru.dld@gmail.com and we can do something together to get you one.

The 2 stretches that I have found to be the best manual stretches are Sock Stretches and FootLongs, both are extremely intense.

Better than the blasters?
 
For me personally, I dont feel much of a stretch when doing blasters, but sock stretches are completely different. I'd try blasters, sock stretches, and footlongs and see what feels best for you. :)
