DLD How Much Did You Gain After Weight Loss?

Like inch and a half. I have a small fat pad now but it only hides a small portion of my penis:)
 
How that quite a bit, and I know you walk around at a pretty low bodyfat % nowadays.

How much weight did you lose? I'm hoping to lose about 40-50 and 1 1/2 inches would be spectacular.

I lost about 130 pounds and at that point I had no fat pad at all. I gained weight since then and now have a little bit of a pad but nothing like I had when I was fat.

I started at 270-280 and I lost the 130 in 4 months. The diet and routine are kind of complex but I will post it as soon as I dig it up. This was a part of the Alpha Blade program and all of the data on that is in a box at my sons home. I will dig it up and post it asap.

4 months!?!

That's pretty damn impressive. Must've been hell physically and mentally.

The most I've heard of was like 80 lbs in 12 weeks by bodybuilder Lee Priest.

Damn! I think steroids is the only possible way to keep that kind of muscle mass while following an extreme diet. If I remember right, DLD lost a lot of muscle mass as well while he was on his diet. Still one hell of an accomplishment, though.

No, I actually gained quite a bit of muscle, very lean, but muscular. The process with 99% mental with very little exercise. I actually used the same process recently to lose 20 pounds....I lost it in about 2 weeks. There is a lot of manipulation of glycemic index and metabolic rate (kind of complex) but I know anyone can do it. I still have not been able to get the data but I will definitely do it for you guys this weekend.

Now that I look at it like that I can see how unreal this may have been but I can say it is what it is...I lost the weight just like I said.
