Design Addition To The LengthMaster (a mechanical engineers perspective)

Hello [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] Brother's. As a retired mechanical engineer who once worked at Stanford University Physics Department, designing tool & die and test fixture devices, I have come up with this design addition to aid the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] chamber to have an even clamp ratio in respect to clamping the penis evenly all around inside the chamber.

I know that this will make such a difference for all [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] users, that you will indeed go out and buy the $ two and a half bucks worth of rubber spacers. :)

Below is a pic of what I am talking about and I have put a video (in the video archive) of how I put on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] using these spacers and what it looks like with my penis inside the chamber with the rubber spacers.

You can see in this pic below how the spacers keeps the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] clamping evenly all around.

Different thickness spacers would be required for different girths or adding multiple stacked same thickness strips as you did. We just wanted to get feedback on the first round of LengthMasters to add on to the next or mail out upgrades.

OK then, I guess I jumped the gun on this one. Lol:cool: Sorry if I wrecked your study info.<:(

I like the idea of the spacers, it seems like it would take up the intensity with much more comfort and it would be an easy addition to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words].

did my questions get deleted??? i swear i posted in here earlier. weird.

you helped because you are providing information that they want and need when it come to considering things that may make their product better. that is good for Lightning and DLD

where did you get your spacers? if online can you share the link?? thanks

The videos never work for me. The only time they have is when there is an option for high resolution or a lower resolution and the lower one works but all the videos with no options never play. Extremely frustrating.

weird i get no resolution options ever. the vids all play for me though

It must be a software issue if you can't see the videos. Most people can so I think the ones who can't need to update their computer software.

Below are pics of my own application of the rubber spacers. Just two small drops of Gorilla Supper Glue as shown is Industrial style application and will hold them on forever. The gorilla supper glue is designed for this kind of use since it takes 10 seconds to dry under some pressure (recommended) and once dried, acts more like a rubber glue than a rock hard style supper glue everyone always uses.

This pic shows the Gorilla Supper Glue which I highly recommend instead of any other type of glue. View attachment 29288

so much info on this forum. the videos are so cool. but these videos aren't working for me

Some of the videos do not work because they were uploaded before our server was finished. Most have been re-uploaded but a fews have not. Since ADF was banned we have no way of uploading his work.

Well since we're discussing design additions to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and I don't see anywhere else to post this I'll put it here....

I think there needs to be Teflon (or similar material) "sleeves" in all the drilled holes. Sometimes the threads catch the wood and makes it hard to separate the pieces. It would make it faster and easier to unclamp as long as the ends are smoothed and rounded, almost flared on the ends.

Just a new user's opinion. In leiu of that I may try to find some bolts that don't have threads on the nut end for about 1.5" but it might be a challenge to find the exact right ones. They need that square to catch properly or else I'll need wrenches to clamp in :o
