Delivery problems and charges.

I am from Malaysia. Ordered my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] almost a month ago. Now it is still stuck at the custom. Dhl is charging me $20.00 and the import customs are charging $16+.++. So anyone from Malaysia have gone through this? I have ordered hundreds of items. Never heard of these import duties or handling fees before then. But for dhl, this my first time.

All I did was just asking for royal mail and paid extra for discreet packaging.
But the package came in from dhl. Import customs are asking all sorts of questions regarding the package that [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] tag as training equipment. I hope they don't think it as a training gun!

I started this thread so that this questions won't be lost some where in the forum. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Mos[/words] search engine could not manage to answer or find what I ask for.

If this helps at all I do alot of online ordering and if I buy anything from a store outside of my country I always paid duties but I find UPS to be the most expensive with there charges for some reason. My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] came in today and i had to pay just over 35 bucks.
 
They are called finas permit in Malaysia. Its a film censorship that is charging me $80 for permit and another $80 for handling. I have items coming in from the US, ENGLAND, THAILAND, CHINA, TIBET, ETC. I have bought cameras, video cameras, dvds, magazines and a few stuffs that includes cds or dvds or instruction cds and stuffs. I can tell you that, for all six years. I have never encountered any tax except the gas price to the post offfice to collect my package. And its my first time in history that I have an encounter with dhl and my first time that I am being charged.

So I googled For Finas permit.

I have no idea but in Canada if u order something out of the country and you buy it at a store you most likely will be charged duties.
 
Thanks for reading my post. It seems that Malaysia is not the only country. And I truly believe what they say is true. Especially their tracking info was not up to date, hidden charges and poor communications. They actually flared at me for asking them to break down the details of the charges. For my items they took 2 to 3 days to update me that its "clearence delayed". I have used fed-ex 4 times. For twice, my items got delayed for more than 1 week. I was told that they could not contact me. The customs have stopped 4 pcs of my sword and 3 pcs of dagger. I thought it was confisticated, since it was illegal to enter my country without arms and weapons permit. To my surprise it arrived on the second week. I was not charged a single cent.

I was charged $180. It is who's responsibility? I pleaded [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] to have it sent back, and resend again (royal mail or registered mail) once the returned package reach them.
But they insisted that I should be responsible for any handling and duties. If I were to send it back, refund is my only choice. They would not send it again.

To Malaysians who wanted to order items. Avoid dhl.

I have asked for the Custom form to be emailed to me. Yet without any legitimate forms or slip from the tax department.
They are charging me with a few typo calculations done by themselves. This is only the first part. After 3 days of waiting, I still have not received the rest of the details.

Which I am still unsure of the new additional charges cos my package is still in there. But what I am very sure is that starting next week, they will be charging myr50 per day until the items is released.

I didn't choose dhl cos there has been a lot of comment on dhl's hidden charges and releasing the package to unknown person. [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words] says those are duties and I am responsible for them. They send through dhl cos, it will reach me faster.

Since this is my first pe products I am not sure if it will work. What I know there is a lot of complain about pain after sometime with the new model.

I find their online support, have answered almost all of my questions. The cons. The rubber sleeve is more sensitive than I thought, which cost extra 6euro per 5 sets. And then comes the price.

Yes, I bought it through here. But after Additional charges. I should have got the vac system or [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words]. As you can see from above dhl have come up with charges that I have never heard in my international import. I you got some money. Try [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words]. If you want to save vac. Both seems painless. If you want it free. Do DIY with your hands (mos system).

I can advise that when you import items into your country there may be customs charges applied, this is with all items not just the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] device.

i ck your device is being returned to sender as you would not pay the customs charges.

The charges applied are not applied by us they are applied by customs and they can choose to charge what ever they wish.

I know what is custom charges. But if you have FOLLOW what I, the buyer have instructed. I would not have got the charges anyway. Cos I never did. I have also left a message that just a normal registered mail will do.

As a customer, you promise privacy. If I am the customer that the name you just shown to everyone. I would be pissed.

Since you can't "work around" with royal mail. Your only choice is to "work around" with dhl with all the stupid charges.
So is this a Free delivery or a scam. Let the buyer decides.
 
Bros, have you ever paid duties that cost more than the item itself. Plus you are still not sure if it is the correct or working items. Would you be ok with that? DHL will be charging me about usd16.6+ per day for stocking fee. It is due to the Finas permit that might take more than 14 days.

14 days x $16
$224 + $60 custom duties with dhl handling fees
Total : usd$284

For an item of usd165. I have to pay another usd284 (and still adding $16 per day)
It still doesn't makes sense cos mr Dominic stated that the item cost usd180.
 
I really am very disappointed with the way [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] handle the whole situation. They have not refund my money yet. Even the warranty that I paid extra for.
 
SiPana I'm sorry for this and I understand where your coming from. As I understand it did you ask for the item to be sent as unregistered and with a lower value price so it avoids the OTT custom fees? thats how I read it and your angry 'cos the seller sent it via DHL and they hammer the fee's on?

I know that many sellers dont like devaluing or not declaring the real price, I often dont purchase from them if this is the game they play as the custom tax is a nightmare and way OTT. Why the fuck should people pay all that for the odd item? sure if your buying loads to sell you should pay tax but not the odd item.

Thanks for hearing my plea. I kind of not blaming [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words]. But I am just very very disappointed. After all the fuss / hype and comparing between best of the best. This thing cost me a few months of pocket money struggle. I just thought [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] are professionals and I wanted to get my first pe from them.

Now [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] are just an irresponsible crook. They blame me although they delivered using a wrong courier. To make it worst the timing of the arrival is during the Asian holiday season. Minus dhl slow paced and 5 working day attitude. 1 month finished sooner than I thought. That is why I got the 1 month stocking penalty.

All they can say is Buyers are responsible for the custom duties. Not a word of "sorry we send the item through the wrong courier".

I'm also sorry that the device was sent during your holiday season this is not something we would have done to offend you.

Your shipping would have been upgrade to DHL to try and get the parcel to you quicker I'm sorry this backfired in the end.

Dhl is not an upgrade for me here. They are the middle man. They came up with all sorts of charges without showing real prove. I ask for custom receipts. All they showed me are fax papers from one dhl branch to another branch. I don't understand why am I being charged even for the locker box.

If this is just a normal registered mail. I can break throught the middle man barrier. And settled the charges face to face with the immigration customs. They should know me by now, because all my imports are through the same custom officer. Which will be retiring at the end of this year.

Please give me back my money.

If its the latter then surely you should be refunded but if you do have the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] then sadly its what the guy before you posted says. I'm not agreeing with the courier, what they do (done) but it happened. Let us know if you HAVE the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] now or still TRYING to get it, because if you cannot get it then you must have a refund surely.
 
I will not be getting my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. The cost have tripled. Since yesterday, dhl says its still waiting for approval. Plus today is Saturday, dhl is not working today. The customs only wotk half day today. By next Monday additional usd16.++ x 3 will be charged. Excluding custom tax and Dhl handling charges.
 
Then you should contact your credit card company or bank and have them reverse the transaction based on hidden fees from the courier, you were not to know and its something you have never noted before and so its not fair. Yes I get what the other guy says regarding custom fees and know all about them BUT you asked for this to be unregistered mail in the order, it didnt and instead was registered via a tricky dispatcher and hence you have all these fee's incl. IF you were told upfront, that you would incur potentially massive fee's it would be your own fault now, but as I understand it you had no idea from past experiences am I correct? its not simply a case of import taxes here but poor coms on the end of the seller. I say phone the bank and explain it to them, have the thing refunded and your not being a cunt and taking the device as its held up in customs, if the company wants it back then suggest they ring where it is you are and have customs send it back ... they DO THIS.
 
My credit card Company says they cannot do anything since its completely legit transaction. They ask me to contact the seller for refund. But Darren of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] has not reply nor refund anything yet.
