Decon Break Question

Hi guys, after making what I see now as extremely fast newbie gains, I feel I am hitting the wall, and have decided to take a 10 day decon break. I would like to know what you all think: is 10 days long enough? And during those 10 days, should I avoid all stretches and everything related to Penis Enlargement? Or would it be beneficial to do daily light stretches just for maintenance? I would especially like to hear input from any of you who have incorporated deconditioning breaks into your growth routines. Thanks for your time.
 
Remember, newbie gains come quickly but making gains beyond this will take dedication and increased intensity. A new, more intense routine will get you gaining again. I don't think a decon break is necessary.

That's the best news I've gotten this month! Just break through that newbie plateau and keep gaining? Hell yeah! I like your style DLD.
