Hi guys, after making what I see now as extremely fast newbie gains, I feel I am hitting the wall, and have decided to take a 10 day decon break. I would like to know what you all think: is 10 days long enough? And during those 10 days, should I avoid all stretches and everything related to Penis Enlargement? Or would it be beneficial to do daily light stretches just for maintenance? I would especially like to hear input from any of you who have incorporated deconditioning breaks into your growth routines. Thanks for your time.
