With Penis Enlargement it is important to give yourself 2 days off per week so you do not over work the Penis.
I would recommend the following:
3 days of exercises
1 day off
2 days of exercises
1 day off
It is important to mix your exercises up so you may want to do 1 day of length exercises and the 1 day of girth and so on.
