Training has been intermittent but I’m back in the saddle last couple nights.
Today was 2 sets LM3 and 2 sets pump.
Needed the pump session for visual reminder and confidence again
Great workLast night was another LM3 session. Focused on downward bundled mostly. Also connecting more mid shaft. It feels much tighter during bundled that way.
Hit MV pump for 2x5 min pumps afterwards as well.
Same session again last night. Too busy to post. Won’t get to train today. Worked a full day then had a 9 hr drive after.Great work

Well I’ve been off here for a year but I’ve got the itch again. Most the gains stayed but I’m prob a little smaller than my biggest.
Looking like 6.5-6.6 EL and 7.1 7.2 BPSFL.
Girth is a touch over 5.
I need to really buckle down and hit 7.5”x5.5” as my end state.
Hit the pump for first time in months last night. Barely touched 7” in MityVac pump. I figure for me to reach 7.5” EL I need to almost hit 8” in that thing. So I’ve got work today.
New plan= keep it simple and consistent.
10min LM3 bundle stretching
Followed by 2x5 pumps.
That's it, keep it consistent and keep it reasonable. So you have no snags, as you go along. Without consistency I would be nowhere today.For like 25 min a day or effort. Seems like consistency and a 1mm a day gain is what I need compounded day after dsy
Rotations, we'll always become more and more as you train. And there really is no reason to rush it as in time you will get there, so don't be let down by only going 360 for all of us have gone 360 in the beginning, but as your penis gets longer and longer, you will be able to get more and more rotations in.Hit 10min LM3 stretching last night.
Man I could get 1+ rotation but not much more than 360*. It was tight so I’m playing it safe for a bit. Just trying to loosen up.

For LM3. Would attaching it near the BASE as opposed to the head- pull more of the inner penis out?
Gotcha. Cut American here.Yes. Attaching closer to the base of the penis stresses the two ligaments and the base muscles more than when it's at the base of the glans.
If you have a lot of foreskin, the foreskin will slip and slide, reducing the amount of traction load to do the trick. The best thing to do is to make sure to wrap the penis to minimize this foreskin slip. So, wrap from the base of the glans downwards, pushing as much skin towards the base as you can. When you trap the skin near the base, there's less pulling tension even when the skin moves away from the base. The only under tension is on the ligaments.

Couple minutes of power assist ring- bc I saw some post about that yesterday. Trying to warm up with that and expose hidden length.
Then 10min LM3, bundled/ base between legs.
5x3 length pump MVAC. Got to 7.4” on final pump again
Ending BPSFL was 7.6/7.7? Maybe. This measure didn’t have all the lines just 1/2” marks.
Really wanting a BPEL of 8.3 or so….
