Double session today. PM as follows

5min power assist work. Focusing on internal. You can kinda anchor the LM3 along your thighs and squat pulse slowly for some dynamic stretching. Gained like .2/.3 BPSFL doing a few rounds of that. Measured before and after to test if it worked. Will prob keep that as a warm up.

2x10 LM3.
First 10 at base. Second 10 more mid shaft to get more rotation in.

Followed by 3x5 MVAC pumps.

Trying to be consistent.

Keep going with this routine for the next 4 weeks. If you see more constant gain, bump up the intensity just a small bit. If you don't see any change, lengthen the amount of routine exercises but with less intensity until the tissues adopt the stress loads. The moment you see changes again, increase the intensity just a bit as you go.

Thanks for the response. Makes perfect sense. I’ll take this to heart for sure. It’s been exciting that it’s been working so well even the first few days with a year plus off. It’s like I’m getting newbie gains and they come easy. .2 BPSFL in like 4 min feels good lol.

Just like you, when I got my nearly full-body injury, I had to stop PE so my body could recover properly. Once my body is healed, I'm firing up my PE routines again. Wife is getting quite a bit of libido increase. Need to keep up with her needs soon.

2in is reaching a pussy destroyer status, if you have to lube just to get it in and allow the penis to move freely at 1.75in. We joked around in the past that 1.75in is a pussy stuffer. 2.25in is a pussy decimator. Not sure about 2.5in. At that point, most pussies will just run away from you.

Let me clarify. If I go in soft it’s certainly not needing lube.

But once I start pumping if I don’t lubricate myself and the walls all around it gets too much pressure along walls and doesn’t gain length.

So when pumped in a 1.75” tube I’m fully squeezing the walls all the way around. Which comes out to 5.5” internal. Need lots of lube for that.

But not just enteringnitnsoft.

Current EG is 5.2/5.3.

Yep. Very common. You outgrow your cylinder at this point. Great for length routine, and needs lube; not so great for girth.

So when pumped in a 1.75” tube I’m fully squeezing the walls all the way around. Which comes out to 5.5” internal. Need lots of lube for that.

Keep that cylinder for longer term length routine. When you lube and pump, and it becomes way too tight and you're suffering pain, that's when you retire that cylinder completely. I lost count on how many cylinders I retired over a decade of PE. Funny enough, I started out at 1.5in cylinder, then incremented every 0.1in to 0.15in from various manufacturers just to keep nice and tight, preventing penile shaft warping.

What do you mean by day's measurements? The erection length data? The post-routine workout data? Boner erection (morning wood) data?

If you're looking for current decade "desired" measurements, they are based on all the surveyed data from females across the age categories: 16 to 20, 21 to 25, 26 to 30, 30 to 40, 40 to 50, and even 50 to 70.

The data points are all over the place. The younger generations like the average length, non-bone pressed, to be around 6.5in long. Some crazy ones like to be around 9in long. They don't know what the hell they're talking about. But I can see for those who are chubby. The longer, the better they can feel something past that major ass padding. For the girth, the average comes around around 5.5in, and as high as 5.75in. There are some crazy nymphos that love their girth to be around 6.5in. But those data points are outliers. Some rare 0.05% want the girth going up to 7.5in with length of 9in. Not sure what they want with such dimension.

Ah. Sorry. Now it's clear. Current measurement, measured 4 months ago, at 7.2in length x 6.3in girth (fully uniform with larger glans since I worked hard to keep them nice and equally round). Started from around 5.15in length x 4.15in girth.

Yes The SSJ but be sure to use it in the context of SRT. This will bring you girth in the fastest way

If you can't use the water, that's not a problem. If you only have 1.75in cylinder, that's still not a problem. Just work with what you have for now until you can get the 1.85in, 1.90in, or 2in cylinder. Just go up little by little. It's a pain to use air and lube, but it is what it is.

Yep. Pump, then SSJ, pump, then SSJ. 15 minutes routine to start, then 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, and next thing you know it, you'll be doing 40 and 50 minutes routine. The trick is to keep your tissues constantly heated. While you're in between the exercises, such 3 minute pump and 5 minutes SSJ, as you relax, 2 minutes of warm rice sock or hot water soak to get your tissues warmed again. Our brother SIM and I switch to space heater as well. He used the heating blower and element from a salvaged vehicle. Work pretty damn good. Mine is 1.1kW vertical space heater. We're not using it for heating the room any more, so I used it for PE instead. Freaking warm and sweaty during the summer days.

BUT, my son got me thinking, why spent so much money on power when you can use something more compact? Look up IR wrist heater and motorcycle handlebar warmer. It works on 5V USB power source, or even a 12V power source, at a much smaller amount of power need. But the controllable temperature is the most essential reason to get it. You can change between 96F, 104F, 110F, and even 120F. From perfectly warm to melting your penis off. Perfect in keeping the tissue nice and malleable.

Use air until you can you can use water. Upgrade the water trap to 1 liter rather than 4oz. Too small of a water trap can cause water to enter your pump.
