Rest day. All I did was a quick 7 min pump to toss a SiliSleeve on expanded as I was working too much to wear earlier today.

skin needed a break from LM3
EDIT. gotten 2 comments from the wife lately calling it big/ looking pretty huge- and she ain’t the type to blow smoke.
So things are improving!

For sure. It was the first time she’s ever referred to it as BIG. I had a slightly above avg starting size so there was never any complaints- but she def wasn’t lying to me and calling it huge lol.

I noticed that my early log said BPFSLwas around 6”. today after 2 rest days I was hitting 7” BPFSL. It easy to miss the progressif you don’t read back.

back at it tomorrow- and hope to be hitting 7” BPEL soon!

Focus on downward bundles, did the second set a little farther back from the glans to get that tight stretch.

im noticing I’m much tighter bundling to the right than when I rotate it to the left. Something to work on.

rest days did me good. It elongated and hit a new BPFSL record today.
 
Added BM and SSJ last night. Things were looking good.

been using the SiliSleeve as long as I can each day to heal elongated.
Also been doing kegels in the pump but focusing on incorporating breathing exercises along with them. I have a tight and over active pelvic floor.
Are you lifting heavy weights from the floor/ground? If so: This will teach your muscular system to relax and tightening correctly.
The bracing you need to do in for example (to protect your spine), dead-lift, dumbbell-row (one arm) are teaching you to tighten up the pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles correctly.

- Why are the muscles in your pelvic floor tight? Stress related?

yeah I live a stupid stressful life. Occupational hazard. I’ve been lifting for 20 years at this point.
My wife is a physical therapist and has assisted in diagnosing the tight pelvic floor.

not so muchtightness but involuntary contraction during sex and such.

I’ve only been back 3 week's but I know I’ve got the newbie gains back that I got last year, had sex Saturday which is the norm for us due to work schedules and my partner said It feels like a different cock already! It’s real motivation to make every session count before next Saturday!

Sick 😂 it’s thanksgiving here and this is the 2/3 years lately that I haven’t been able to eat the feast.
2 years ago my kids gave me a stomach virus that bad me throwing up all day. This time I’ve got aches/ chills/ sore throat.

salt water/ sauna and rest. I’ll get back to the PE when my body chills out. Resting HR is definitely elevated so I know now ain’t the time for PE.

it ain’t no thang though. Life happens. I’ll get back at it in a day or two and go for a week straight. Take a day off and go for another week.

long term consistency for long term gains.

Laying in bed recovering as I have a swollen throat and can’t eat etc. I’ll be back at it soon. Just PE ain’t a priority at the moment as I’m dealing with chills. Fever. Blisters all over etc.

All is well though and I’ll be back in action in prob 2 days

Yeah man it’s all good. Happened over thanksgiving during a time of gratitude. I’m very blessed with a wife I don’t deserve, two awesome healthy children, finances to cover our needs and a wonderful home.

I would say stay below 10hg in the beginning to get a feel for it. Personally I go a bit over 15hg, more like 17-18hg for a little while though it’s not reccommended nor considered safe going that high but my penis seems to handle it well.

I think it’s due to my penis being so conditioned from using the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 which goes up to 16-20hg of pressure.

Anyways, best of luck with your MityVac, you won’t regret buying it that I can promise.

I’ve got the hydro extreme 7?Or hydro max 7. Whichever is a manual7” pump that you crank by hand until no more water comes out the valve . I’m definitely conditioned to the max pressure of a BM and have no real issue using it for 5x5x3 so I figured I can handle more than 3-5hg that is recommended for new pumpers.

guess I’ll play it by feel lol. Either way I won’t stay in there longer than 5 min at a time since that’s been successful for me so far.
