You need to get yourself a tube of hydrochlorism to keep the skin issue at Bay.
 
Did a few more days of training but haven’t logged in for it.

Took a few days off LM3 as I had some skin dryness. I think I may have kept a sleeve on too long and dried out the skin. Nothing crazy just needed to moisturize and heal it. I may have fallen asleep with it on and ripped it off when I woke up realizing.

No issues though.

Still hitting 6.8-7.0 in the pump
Depending on EQ and intensity. I generally increase the pressure towards the last min or so to try hit 7 if it’s not already there.

Excited to get back on LM tomorrow and I should be solid for another 20 sessions before the end of the year.
the underside of my shaft feels like an old piece of leather.

Life gets in the way sometimes so I don’t train absolutely everyday- however soreness wise I

To be honest I think the extra blood flow with the mity vac actually helps repair tissues. Blood is what heals and brings nutrients to the cells as it is so it’s bound to beneficial.

I don’t believe I pull as hard as others on the LM just based off them saying their arms get tired. Mine definitely don’t but I’m still gaining so slow and steady is the goal.

For example on downward or BTC BS I’m using like 2 fingers pressure pushing rearward. I def feel the stretch but it’s never painful.

I work 70+ hrs most weeks and have a family so training is when I can get it in. Hr when I am out of town for work I tend to do like 7-9 days straight with maybe a day off in the middle. I’ve noticed gains come for me with extended rest after that. Like 2-3 days off after that and I seem to gain well.

I respect the grind, brother. 70hrs + family + work trips is one helluva workload.

Sometimes I’ll only LM or only MV just due to time- but when I have the time or free in a hotel for the night I try and double up on both.

My wife is on board though too. So there’s times where I say hey watch the kids for 30min so I can go do my “chores” as I call them lol

Alright gents.

I’m in need of some assistance. I’ve been inconsistent- due to life. No issue there.

However. I feel like I need help getting more length. It appears I’ve stalled out a bit. Still 6.5-6.6 maybe and about 5.3 in girth.

Really wanting to push to 7” quickly.

I have added downward and BTCBS (where you’re on your knees pushing back) - but those haven’t been my focus on the LM. should I do the entirety of my 10min sets focusing on those?

Lately I’ve been doing all directions then the last 2 min going down and BTC

Yes. You will experience fastest length gain this way.
Focus only on Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches. If you can hold them for 5 minutes each, and make sure your tissue is really warm during the entire session.

thought I had it rough doing 66 hours a week! And I don’t have any kids.
 
Completely unrelated- but related since today’s discussion was heavy on work schedule and stress.

I’m married to a stupidly talented physical therapist. however- we recently met a chiropractor whom I’ve been seeing and had a bunch of neurological tests done. Due to my high stress and such I found out I have massive adrenal fatigue and my nervous system was operating at 20% (actual numerical value from EKG type machinery he used to analyze my spine)

That being said. He did some work with me
Today and I feel AMAZING. posture improved. Mental clarity. Personality on fire all day. Joking like crazy. Joyous mood.

Had an 8 hr drive for this work trip. Got to hotel and got ready for bed- and I’ve gotta say the dick looks great. Tons of volume. Didn’t train at all today due to lack of time but it was hanging swell.

I’m optimistic that this new found efficiency in nervous system and HR variability and recovery will simply add more to my PE game!

Off to get some rest. 14 hr day or so at work tomorrow then back at the D Chores

Heavy focus on downward bundles sitting off edge of the chair this evening. Felt a great stretch. Moving towards dominant downward and BTC BS per SIMs advice.

Fixin to add MVAC session after this. Will report back if I hit new numbers on the measure

Hit 7.1” on the 3rd round- but it took some messing with the pressure. Had to pump it up to like 15+ to get that expansion, and keep it there so only held that for 30 seconds or so. 6.8-6.9 was most typical range and a little bit of time at 7.0.

I’ve noticed I get longer expansion when at home- because I make the wife blow me to get hard so I’m starting with much better length than when I’m solo.

Such is life though- any expansion pst my current size is great though so I’m glad to have these tools and knowledge from here.

MVac tonight.

Did 2 pumps without the rubber seal just to experiment. 1 pump with

Didn’t have time for LM and MV today. I’ll hit LM tomorrow 2x and MV 1x.

Consistently hit 7 at max pressure. Really hoping I can grow to 7 soon

To continue experimenting I think I’ll try MVAC with water in the tube tomorrow. Haven’t tried that yet. Anyone watching this thread use it with water over air ?

Amazing.

Obviously it’s less comfortable but I feel like the seal was impeding my erection- and I’m maxing out the 1.75 tube pretty much as it is.

However. I did one session just now water pumping which was okay. I just need to toy around with it more.

BUT-
I did like 100 jelks in the shower prior too- just trying to dig deep and expose more inner penis.

Then did 3x5min pump. 1 wet. 2 dry.

For whatever reason I was able to withstand more pressure today- and was holding 15 on pressure.

It got to 7.3”!!!!!!!!
I’m over the moon. Today was the first time I looked down after and was like MAN my dick is big.

Immediately slapped on two sili rings and this extender type sleeve that allows it to stay girthy too. (Its much wider than a sili sleeve or duro sleeve )

Trying to maintain these gains as long as possible.

And possibly pump again in like 5-6 hrs if that’s not too much. I’m on cloud 9 though

That's amazing. I'm so happy for you, my brother. A lot of people have taken those seals off and have had great success.

I may toy around with stretching out the seal- I don’t mind the seal but just getting into the thing is difficult in itself. I get that it sort of acts as a ring once you’re through it; but just pushing the head through is difficult as it is. I sort of hand to hold the base with one hand and really force my way through.

I’ve currently got the seal stretch across a travel size lotion bottle - the cap is 1.5” diameter. Plan on leaving it overnight to see how that works.

Worst case I know I can pump fine without the rubber seal. Best case it makes it easier to slide in but still provides a ring.

I have to use a good amount of lube as it is- bc otherwise my shaft doesn’t expand in length up the MVAC tube as it will get stuck on the walls.

Well I think it’s time to probably size up to 2” tube. Even entering flaccid between sets I’m JUST under the girth of the 1.75” tube and I think how tight it is may limit my expansion length wise.

I don’t do pictures here- but even the glans itself (not just the outer edge) was pressed up against the side of the tube-

Pumped again. 3x5min. 10-15 pressure.
Hit 7.2

noticing good length gains if I’m doing 100 jelq prior too- focusing on getting as much inner out as I can.

Post pump girth was 5.5-5.6ish as well. Tough to tell cause EQ wasn’t fully there

Stretching the seal is very smart and I suggest us to everybody who feels their sleeves too tight. I also believe you should get the bigger tube, so it does not slow down your progress. A bigger tube will allow for more expansion, which translates to better girth gains.

I have no authority over when things are delivered. But you can send them an email and ask them to expediate it.

All I’ve done last 4x or so is jelq before hand. 100 jelq just pulling out length

then 3x5 pumps.
Done it 2x a day so far. BPSFL just now after a pump was 7.5”

this is working well for me so I’m going to stick with it while I’m seeing rapid growth. Easily hitting 7” on my first 5 min pump. 7.2 or so by the 3rd pump

Only pumped 1x yesterday. Feel like I needed a break going 2x a day lately.

Just finished today pump in MVAC

100 jelqs before pump
5min MV. increasing pressure towards 15 now. I play it by feel during the set.

65-75 jelqs. 5 min set.
Repeat 2x

Final set in pump I was at 7.3”
Measurements post pump was like 6.8/6.9 not very good EQ. 5.5” pumped up girth.

Continuing on the MVAC train bc I’m growing like crazy with it. When this runs out I’ll get heavy on LM for a bit but I can’t bring myself to stretch when everyday looks better with the pump.

My new 2” tube should be shipping out soon- never thought I’d outgrow my 1.75” that I ordered just a month ago. Haven’t been focusing on the girth aspect at all.

Yes sir- just maximizing time away from family and opportunity to train. I only pumped 1x today as well. Could feel a little tenderness during jelq and decided 1x is enough.

I’ve been inspired by the growth this week and a slower work pace allowing me actual free time back at the hotel.

I looked at my personal photo log and so far since I got the MV like first week of December or so- I’m already up about .5 in the tube since I’ve purchased it. Some of that may be learning curve on how to maximize/ removing the seal/ and more lubrication- however I’ve been amazed with it so far and eagerly awaiting the arrival of my next tube size!

I want to close the gap between BPSFL and BPEL
You can find video instructions about erect stretches in the MOS DVD.

DLD hardcore stretches I believe you just use the pump/cylinder, and push it up, down and straight out while having vaccum in the cylinder.

Alright brothers. Another day another MVac pump session.
100 jelqs 5 min pump
70 jelqs 5 min pump
5 min pump

Post BPSFL today was insane. Like 7.6/7.7 or so. Flaccid -ish girth was 5.5

This MVAC and simple jelq combo is working WONDERS for me. No idea how it stretched out so much flaccid after wards.

First pump session was 7.1” max
Last pump session was 7.3-7.4” max. Granted those are pumped stretch numbers

For anyone reading bc they’re interested in MVac pumping. I’ve taken off the rubber bottom seal- and been applying lots of lube around myself- and found that the most important spot is down by the base- as once you’re fully stretched if that area isn’t lubed up- it won’t enter the pump. So basically lube up your base even where the hairline really starts etc. to allow that inner tissue to get pulled into the pump.
 
Been pumping daily 1-2x for like last 8-9 days. Missed a few updates here

Taking 2 days off to celebrate Christmas, I’ll jump back on it here shortly.

My 2” MVAC tube arrived yesterday. I toyed around with it for part of the session. I’ll probably wind up using both tubes still as during my brief experimenting the 1.75” still seems to get better length

I didn’t do pre pump jelq though, so I’ll have to mess around. I wasn’t planning on pumping yesterday but since then new tube arrived I had to at least check it out.

Still seeing progress and the jelq/ pump combo seems to be most effective for me.

Going to continue this until i stall out a bit then switch back over to LM3 stretching. I’m def getting longer but it keeps getting thicker even though I’m focusing on length 😂

Was gone for a 8 night trip. Come home and the wife commented how thick it was- when I gained like .25-.3 in length while gone 😆

She was supposed to say how long it was lol
