Took a few days off LM3 as I had some skin dryness. I think I may have kept a sleeve on too long and dried out the skin. Nothing crazy just needed to moisturize and heal it. I may have fallen asleep with it on and ripped it off when I woke up realizing.
No issues though.
Still hitting 6.8-7.0 in the pump
Depending on EQ and intensity. I generally increase the pressure towards the last min or so to try hit 7 if it’s not already there.
Excited to get back on LM tomorrow and I should be solid for another 20 sessions before the end of the year.
You need to get yourself a tube of hydrochlorism to keep the skin issue at Bay.

To be honest I think the extra blood flow with the mity vac actually helps repair tissues. Blood is what heals and brings nutrients to the cells as it is so it’s bound to beneficial.
I don’t believe I pull as hard as others on the LM just based off them saying their arms get tired. Mine definitely don’t but I’m still gaining so slow and steady is the goal.
For example on downward or BTC BS I’m using like 2 fingers pressure pushing rearward. I def feel the stretch but it’s never painful.
I work 70+ hrs most weeks and have a family so training is when I can get it in. Hr when I am out of town for work I tend to do like 7-9 days straight with maybe a day off in the middle. I’ve noticed gains come for me with extended rest after that. Like 2-3 days off after that and I seem to gain well.

Heavy focus on downward bundles sitting off edge of the chair this evening. Felt a great stretch. Moving towards dominant downward and BTC BS per SIMs advice.
Fixin to add MVAC session after this. Will report back if I hit new numbers on the measure
EDIT:
Hit 7.1” on the 3rd round- but it took some messing with the pressure. Had to pump it up to like 15+ to get that expansion, and keep it there so only held that for 30 seconds or so. 6.8-6.9 was most typical range and a little bit of time at 7.0.

Obviously it’s less comfortable but I feel like the seal was impeding my erection- and I’m maxing out the 1.75 tube pretty much as it is.
However. I did one session just now water pumping which was okay. I just need to toy around with it more.
BUT-
I did like 100 jelks in the shower prior too- just trying to dig deep and expose more inner penis.
Then did 3x5min pump. 1 wet. 2 dry.
For whatever reason I was able to withstand more pressure today- and was holding 15 on pressure.
It got to 7.3”!!!!!!!!
I’m over the moon. Today was the first time I looked down after and was like MAN my dick is big.
Immediately slapped on two sili rings and this extender type sleeve that allows it to stay girthy too. (Its much wider than a sili sleeve or duro sleeve )
Trying to maintain these gains as long as possible.
And possibly pump again in like 5-6 hrs if that’s not too much. I’m on cloud 9 though

I get that it sort of acts as a ring once you’re through it; but just pushing the head through is difficult as it is. I sort of hand to hold the base with one hand and really force my way through.

A bigger tube will allow for more expansion, which translates to better girth gains.I’ve currently got the seal stretch across a travel size lotion bottle - the cap is 1.5” diameter. Plan on leaving it overnight to see how that works.
Worst case I know I can pump fine without the rubber seal. Best case it makes it easier to slide in but still provides a ring.
I have to use a good amount of lube as it is- bc otherwise my shaft doesn’t expand in length up the MVAC tube as it will get stuck on the walls.

Well I think it’s time to probably size up to 2” tube. Even entering flaccid between sets I’m JUST under the girth of the 1.75” tube and I think how tight it is may limit my expansion length wise.
I don’t do pictures here- but even the glans itself (not just the outer edge) was pressed up against the side of the tube-
DLD any opinion? on when it is time for me to size up to 2”.

All I’ve done last 4x or so is jelq before hand. 100 jelq just pulling out length
then 3x5 pumps.
Done it 2x a day so far. BPSFL just now after a pump was 7.5”
this is working well for me so I’m going to stick with it while I’m seeing rapid growth. Easily hitting 7” on my first 5 min pump. 7.2 or so by the 3rd pump
When you feel like you need a break, take a break. Because without doing this, you might become discouraged with the results.

Don’t know how but I was touching the walls partially in the 2” tube last night. Def not completely like in the 1.75”
It appears I def expand out easier than length. It doesn’t look longer bc it keeps growing wider too. Mind tricks.
