I wasn’t squeezing the head/glans- so the blood there and the chamber of the LM3 were essentially doing a compression hold and trapping blood between- which is why those veins are ballooned up from the excess pressure between the glans and chamber.
It is to keep you extended as you healSiliSleeve arrived. Just read through all the FAQ and info on it.

You should clamp down all the way down, so the pads in the chamber are crabbing your inner tissue (foreskin pulled back as well).

definitely felt more stretch in the inner Penis than before. I already felt stretch in the ligaments bundling before- but now the innerPenis feels more stretch. Certainly more intense than before.
I also put on the SiliSleeve after wards to heal lengthened.

so glad you’ve been guiding me. It feels like I’ve been at this a while but I’ve really only had the LM3 a little over a week- plan on sticking with Newbie routine for 30 days to see where that gets me.
Very excited about clamping tighter. I also made sure to squeeze blood out the glans when setting up and it certainly helped.
Very good.I’m doing all things you mention. I try and rotate more bundles/ change angle/ and today I definitely felt a harder stretch with tighter clamps.
felt a lot more inner penis stretch today which was refreshing. It didn’t hurt but certainly had more tension. I’m excited to be learning more each day. definitely starting to add more stretch now that I have more experience with it. Tough to know what’s “a lot” at first when you’ve never done it before.
I live in a rather warm climate so I don’t know that I have the same issues with cold as you-
And for the sleep- I’ve just been sleeping naked so that no boxers/briefs turtles it etc and allows it to move freely.

So if you are not stretching all the angles already, I recommend you doing something like this.

I ordered the 22mm wide one- and that thing has been nothing but trouble trying to get it on LOL- it was the middle of the road girth size and I think I’ve gotta re order and go Up in size cause it takes me forever To even attempt to get it on and it’s stupid tight.

Increasing the intensity continuessly is the way to go, if you apply this it's in fact possible to never experienced any plateaus (but it can happen, but if you're stuck you need more intensity). But as you get longer you need to increase the intensity even further, exponentially to see progression. Don't be afraid to stretch deep into your inner penis, and your ligaments and relax fully into it (reverse Kegels). If you stretch harder it's easier to do this. somewhat kidding- I did take it slow first 2 weeks with LM3 just to adapt and not overdo it. Stretching for sure but now I’m definitely using more tension.

what’s interesting is that the pumping actually makes it better.
