I think it may actually be from the LM3. where it clamps down just below the glans.
Bc I’ve definitely been Length Mastering more than pumping this week.
Are you making sure you press out the blood of the glans during the entire clamp down procedure in the chamber, and that you have a 100% flaccid penis? Just checking.
 
Yup.
I wasn’t squeezing the head/glans- so the blood there and the chamber of the LM3 were essentially doing a compression hold and trapping blood between- which is why those veins are ballooned up from the excess pressure between the glans and chamber.
Good you found the problem.
 
Rested yesterday. Resting another day today- as some veins were inflamed and I want to limit the effect on that. I should be able to hit Tues-Fri with double session. To make up for it.

goal is 7” by 2024.
 
SiliSleeve arrived. Just read through all the FAQ and info on it.

getting it on is going to be tricky lol.

is There actual benefit to using it with a Bathmate? Or is it more so just a protective layer

That's good brother.

You should clamp down all the way down, so the pads in the chamber are crabbing your inner tissue (foreskin pulled back as well).

Do you feel the stretch in the inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament?

definitely felt more stretch in the inner Penis than before. I already felt stretch in the ligaments bundling before- but now the innerPenis feels more stretch. Certainly more intense than before.
I also put on the SiliSleeve after wards to heal lengthened.

the Should be an easy way to make gains as it clearly keeps it way longer.

really wanting NBPEL of 7” soon! I’ll take BPEL 7” too haha.

Very good news. I'm happy you feel more stretching in your inner penis. The key to fast gains is to get maximum elongation during sessions.
Always stretch your inner penis in every stretch, even if you attach the chamber behind your glans, you should feel this inner penis and ligament stretch.

It can take some months, before you see 1 inch of post temporary elongation, be safe brother and increase the intensity exponentially. The harder you strerch the easier it is to relax fully into the stretch. Don't stay at the same intensity for months, this can prevent you from gaining and you get stuck in a plateau. Challenge yourself to increase the intensity as you progress. For example: Stretch garder, keep each stretch for longer, bundled more...I can help guiding you after your newbie routine. It's also important to keep your tissue/penis warm during your sessions.

Personally I solved that with a heating fan, and after the session I use MOS-RED in order to speed up the healing and reduce discolouration at the glans. Heat and MOS-RED during/after a session also prevent the penis from turtling. MOS-RED is perfect for that. I keep the temperature in my room at 30°C/86°F when I'm stretching, I have come to realize this is the perfect temperature to get maximum elongtion in a safe way. If your tissue are cold it's a risk you hurt yourself, especially if your going hard.

You will not see this kind of insane post/temporary elongation when you are starting out (it can take many months, like 5). It's good you keep your tissue elongated during the day, when you are not stretching this is an important part of the procces. When you sleep do not keep anything on your penis. You do not need that. Let your entire body rest when you sleep.

felt a lot more inner penis stretch today which was refreshing. It didn’t hurt but certainly had more tension. I’m excited to be learning more each day. definitely starting to add more stretch now that I have more experience with it. Tough to know what’s “a lot” at first when you’ve never done it before.
I live in a rather warm climate so I don’t know that I have the same issues with cold as you-

And for the sleep- I’ve just been sleeping naked so that no boxers/briefs turtles it etc and allows it to move freely.

will do. I’ll read through this and adjust. I’ve been doing rotations and straight out bundles for warm ups and cool downs. I’ll read this today

I watched this video and I suppose my descriptions of Left Right up down were a little vague.
I’ve been doing somewhat similar to that routine- I’d go standard left right up and down the first round through- then the next minute I’d alter it or hit an up or down angle with it as well.
So not just hitting straight 90 degrees but this was a great video to watch

I need to get better about adding straight Out tension to really get the length.

After a few days of trying the SiliSleeve I have had the most confidence boosting mistake yet.

I ordered the 22mm wide one- and that thing has been nothing but trouble trying to get it on lol- it was the middle of the road girth size and I think I’ve gotta re order and go Up in size cause it takes me forever To even attempt to get it on and it’s stupid tight.

this was a super helpful video. That way works much better but I still think it’s a little too tight. I was right at the border of two sizes and prob should have sized up especially since I am trying to grow.

body dysmorphia and lack of confidence made me choose the smaller one though.

They say you can stretch the sleeves out, if you put it on like a coca cola can, or like a baby powder bottle, or something. But don't take my word on that. That is something I have heard on the forum in the past.
 
I was mentally thinking slow and steady wins the race- but now I want GAINS LOL.

somewhat kidding- I did take it slow first 2 weeks with LM3 just to adapt and not overdo it. Stretching for sure but now I’m definitely using more tension.

sometimes it’s wild to think I’ve only been using the thing for 2 weeks.
Increasing the intensity continuessly is the way to go, if you apply this it's in fact possible to never experienced any plateaus (but it can happen, but if you're stuck you need more intensity). But as you get longer you need to increase the intensity even further, exponentially to see progression. Don't be afraid to stretch deep into your inner penis, and your ligaments and relax fully into it (reverse Kegels). If you stretch harder it's easier to do this. Rest days gets more important when your intensity is at it's max.

But be safe about it. But there is a "pain" brothers are describing. But you should not define it as pain. What is happening is that you are stretching inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament very strongly. But you have only been at it for 2 weeks, just keep digging and stretching, and then later in some months you will be able to stretch with full intensity in BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches).

Yes-

just didn’t do the SSJ today as I’m trying to let those inflamed veins heal up. The vein is right below glans where I’d squeeze for SSJ
It was from how I was clamping in the LM3-

what’s interesting is that the pumping actually makes it better.
There’s still a piece that somewhat semi hard feeling

sir obviously I’m new to this- and only been using the length master a few weeks.

but since you have a sample size of my training etc can you give an educated guess on what I could gain by the end of the year?
I know what’s possible because SIM grows his dick like it’s a garden lol, but not everyone gains that fast.

just looking for realistic answers

I know you asked DLD but I can confirm he meant in 365 days, a full year.

But if you were to gain 2 inches in 3 months that would be totally insane. Unfortunately the things we do take months to years to be fruitful, but seeing that you have gained will make all the time and effort worth it.
