Yes, you are correct healing in an elongated state is so important. Without it you will not see "fast" (fast in relation to what we are doing) lengthgains.

That is why I always redirect new members to the, SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory. It's not just a program it's the fundamentals of everything we are doing, and talking about in this brotherhood.

The healing part of penis enlargement is so important to understand fully.

Glad you’ve realized that, and if you really wanna make your flaccid penis longer and not turtle as much anymore, try taking a cold shower or cold plunge with your Silisleeve on.
I do this with my extender on everyday for 4-5 mins before my gym session and my flaccid has gotten visibly bigger and doesn’t turtle much, if at all, in cold weather.

Best of luck on your journey brother, sure hope you’ll reach those 7 inches by December, just stay motivated and consistent and it’ll manifest itself and become your new reality.

Back at it today

did 20min LM session. Was hitting 7.2 BPSFL after the session so I don’t really think I lost anything.

I’ve got another work trip for 9 days and have tools with me and should be able to do 2 a days.

ideally I’d like more length than girth at the moment- and I currently have a BM hydromax7

Another LM3 session

starting out with BTC-BS today since I’ve been using LM for over a month now. Going to give it a go and start slowly.

following up Pump SSJ now.

Have you outlasted all the other exercises before going to BTC-BS? In my opinion it's important to max out DBS before going to BTC-BS.

I read your post talking about that in another thread- I just don’t know how exactly to tell.
I’ve done downward bundled stretches. Center left and right for a few weeks- I’m just not quite sure what you mean by outlasted

You feel when the intensity of your stretches are not the same as they used to be.
That is, you are not able to stretch your inner penis and ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory) with high enough intensity. This results in that you need to go more and more behind you to get the intensity you need, for example if you sit on a chair to stretch....these are the signs you need to increase the intensity with BTC-BS or preferably, D5-BTC-BS.

Yeah! But the stretch is dynamic in the way that I reposition the angle continuously to "hit" diffrent angles in the inner penis and in the shaft. It's an entire penis stretch. Now days I always attach at the base, that way as my penis gets stretched out during the set, my entire inner penis and shaft get a good intense stretch.

When you are new you should attach behind the glans. Also here you will feel when you need to stsrt attaching at the case, that is when you loose intensity in your inner penis. It's important to relax fully into the stretch = reverse kegel.

Before every set (at least before set 1) I do 3 minutes of warmup in the chamber by just loosing up the tunica albuginea, by rotating my penis back and forth in front of a heating source.

Bundle to the right hold it for 5 minutes, timer beeps...bundle to the left and hold the stretch for 5 minutes timer beeps. 📟

Rest time...detach and remove the wrap. The rest is 10 minutes in front of a heat source. Heating fan in my case. To remove the wrap is really an important step, to restore bloodflow, promote flaccid hang, reduce fluid retention and discoloration. I massage and stretch my penis lightly during this rest. I do it this way, because my ways are high intensity.

When 10 minutes is up...I redo the process above.
Lastly 15 minutes in front of the MOSRED.

Put MOSRED under the bed.
Hydrocortisone 1% over my entire shaft.
Get myself immediately into my Penis Elongation Wrap.

1 session done.

I still clamp it at the glans- but I have noticed if it’s set back a little bit I feel more of a stretch and the bundles feel Tighter

You need to feel it
But when starting out, you should clamp behind the glans.
 
The idea is to work first on the shaft, then you can progress later into expressive stretches (attachment at the base).

It's wise to not try to progress faster then you have to, in that way you will increase the intensity progressively and exponentially...this is optimal for fast gains. Preferably you want to always stretch inner penis.
 
Try to dig after inner penis and ligaments, and go deep in your stretches. 5 minute stretches are an advanced method. I can't recommend it for beginners (even if I did it myself when I was new). 5 minute stretches are not optimized for the beginner routine. They can be done if you feel you need it when you get to Downward Bundled Stretches.

Do the planned beginner routine, and then when you are ready proceed with this....

"click" on the blurry text if you are ready for it. It's a little bit to far ahead, in relation to where you are right now in your progression/journey.

Follow the "pain" in the inner penis. It's not pain really. You feel the ligaments and inner penis stretching, follow this stretching feeling with Downward Bundled Stretches (DBS), when this feeling are reduced, even with you going more and more backwards (more and more behind yourself, and under yourself), and more and more bundles and now you don't feel these stretches any more. They are not taking as they usually did before. That is: The stretching feeling in the inner penis.

These are the signs that you need to start with Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches (BTC-BS).

But remember to outlast your bundles in the DBS, before you proceed with BTC-BS. This is an important step. It's preperation. You can think of it like, that you increase the progression continously in order to get yourself ready for the next step. The Tunica Albuginea needs to be loosen up more and more.

LM3 and BM SSJ last night

new record hit 6.8 length and 5.5 girth afterwards. Obviously it was post pump but still great to see new numbers.

appreciate all the support and guidance this place gives!
I’ll be home this weekend and hoping my MityVac beats me there.
 
Just finished Length Mastering. 2 sets

tonight’s focus was emphasis on downward bundles, recalling feeling the stretch. I’ve got a lot more to gain from those.
Also got more dynamic and playing around with more angles tonight.
Fixin to BM pump and SSJ.

hoping to repeat last nights measurements and keep momentum going

I do the very same thing with my 2 inch MityVac tube, I’m about the same girth as you of now and maybe a 1,75 inch tube would have been even better for length though I do completely fill up the 2 inch tube girth wise.

As soon as I get to 9 inches inside the MityVac tube and totally pack it I will start using my way wider Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 again to focus more on girth.

Hope you end up liking the MityVac as much as I do, just make sure you’ve got some lube and you’re ready to go.

I assume lube is to make sure you’re not getting stuck on the side walls of the tube?
Also it’s good to hear you choose to use MityVac over BM pump.

That’s very correct, and also remember to lube up the entrance of the MityVac tube to make it air tight.

And yes Sir I know, our minds plays visual tricks on us when getting thicker as well, but just stick to it and you’ll gain length too.

No those are my gains! I need them all 😂

Just want to say. You gain length faster with LengthMaster 3 compared to MityVac. Pumping is mainly for girthwork, even if you can gain length with a pump, it's a slower process. Staying consistent are important. I beg you to not abandon the LengthMaster 3 for lengthwork.

I mostly want the Mity vac for tube sizes and pressure gauge. I figured if I’m pumping as it is I may as well get length in the process.

I figure every other pump I’ll swap pumps. Half with Mity half with BM.
I feel like I gain girth faster but I’m also digging these downward bundles.
I’m adding. Not replacing
