Cures For the Donut Effect?

so I was talking with jkisineffect over the phone and we got to talking about the donut effect. He says that at the end of his jelqing he gets the donut "EVERY" single time. Hazards of the donut effect of course are if the circulation gets cut off your penis can die. People say to jelq with the foreskin up don't know exactly what this means. Anybody have anyway to help out or things that you've heard or tried that have made it so you don't get the donut effect?

I'm cut and never really get a donut from jelqing... only when i pump. I'm able to reduce the donut effect from pumping by wearing a rubber cockring while pumping. I don't know if this would help with jelqing though...

From what I remeber from pumping is that the donnut effect is lymph fluid build up in the penis. If should disapate if massaged correctly. Make sure you are jelqing all the way to the head of the penis. This way the area a commonly getsthe donnut will be massaged while you jelq and prevent excess fluid buildup. But in any case, a good massage of the dunnut should eliminate it.
