On this show similar to doctor Oz, I forgot the name. This doctor was telling pregnant women to cross their legs when doing kegels, I'm guessing it isolates the pc muscle somehow. Before bed I do kegel fowffers with a pillow between my legs and my legs crossed. Or if I'm using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I'll lay down and cross my legs with my hands behind my head for deep breathing while I kegel. If the doctor told women to do that I'm guessing it's the same for men. Has anyone ever heard of crossing your legs while doing kegels?
