Progress thread CRays PE journey

Argh. Pressed for time again tonight. My girl was over and you know how that goes…..I’m dedicated though and still want to get work in so here it is

Tonight training

session 81

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. I really feel like I’m in a groove here. I am getting good wraps lower on my shaft and really getting bite from the length master and im pull back under the chair and feeling a great stretch putting more force into it

Stealth rod extender - it’s on right now and the goal is at least 1.5 hrs. I have to pull a late night working so if I can wear it longer I’ll update in the morning

My girl is heading back to her place tomorrow so that will help for tomorrow

Tonight training

session 82

length master - DLD Blasters. 20mins, 5 mins each way. First time trying these and really enjoyed the feel of the stretch. Going forward I will do these once and downward bundle stretch once every session.

Total man extender - 2 hrs with 4 booster bands. So I have been dealing with a hot spot right on the side of my urethra hole. It’s small but painful to bare during these high tension extender sessions. I think I jumped to high tension (12 lbs) too soon before allowing myself to adapt. I made it through this sessions but decided to drop down next one and going forward for a little to let it heal while training around it.

Total man extender - 2 hrs no booster bands. Like I said my plain is to dial back the tension and let the hot spot heal. I am still using the thicker 4mm cord but the new bigger booster hook dials back the tension a little. I while twst after but I think this is about 7-8 lbs of tension without the booster bands
 
Already an update for tonight session:

second total man extender session - added an extra 30 mins for the session went for 2.5 hrs cause I was watching a show I got into
 
Just a quick session tonight. I set yet another Pr in strongman yoke and man oh man it really drained me of energy. I was exhausted after so I got started on PE late

To be honest, I was disappointed in it. The base isn’t comfortable. The springs catch both on the bottom screw part and top part (I did see a video just now where he made a mod to fix that on more recent ones based on baseem calling it out). I perfer the total man extender with the improvements made and he just made more I am waiting for and I just bought the “best extender” and he seems to have solved the issues also
