So I am new to the forum. Lurked for a couple days before making my first post in the intro thread. I started PE last year with the phallosan forte. Didn’t gain much (.25-.5” length and .25” girth after a little more than 6 months) but I learned from my mistakes and have a new plan in place. I had to take a break from a blister which happened before I learned about m3 tape. I will lay out my start and mistakes and my learning process this weekend when I have more time. I have a new plan now. I have new tools on their way but I wanted to start with my first post in the log today but my new plan won’t start until the new tools arrive. I plan to do SRT once those tools arrive. I started working from home during the pandemic and then found a new job which is from home even after so I got the time….

today’s training:

i got up late for work and had to rush then had back to back to back meetings to lunch which cut into my PE time so not my best today

Phallosan forte bell attached to the penimaster
leg belt under my desk while working - 4 hrs after lunch. Normally I would like this to be 6 hrs but like I said I got a late start today

right after I put on the total man sleeve for passive healing for around 2 hrs before dinner

after dinner - two hours using the phallosan bell with the total man frame for stretching while watching tv.

I will put the total man sleeve on again for bed

current measurements

none bone pressed erect length: 6.75” most days but sometimes I get 7” but I think this is only after PE so I don’t currently count it so 6.75” is what I am going with

bone pressed erect length: 7.75” and again sometimes 8” based erection quality and PE but again I don’t count it so 7.75” is what I am going with

erect girth: I have always been well above average here so I am focusing on length more. When I started PE I was 6” but now I am consistently 6.25” and I don’t even train it

Goal: 8” none bone pressed length. Length is what I care about at the moment since my girth is really good. After that I will concentrate on a little more girth to get close to 7”
 
Make sure you get yourself a length master. YOu need to do be doing bundled length master exercises and try to wear your Phallosan Forte for 4 to 6 hours daily. But you can ignore the Phallosan Forte and use only the length master because the Phallosan is shit and lack intensity. Use the length master for 1 hour daily (20mins three sets). Once you get the length master, we will guide you here. Buy the uncle jim wrap to use for healing in an elongated state

Thanks! I’m going to go through the program in detail this weekend. I’ll let you know if any other links aren’t working. I want to get the length master but I need to wait a little bit. Money is tight and I just spent a couple hundred bucks on PE. I am going to try to do the SRT stretches manually until I can afford the length master
 
What PE-tools (equipment) are you waiting for that you have on order?
I have issues with the phallosan bell slipping off so I bought the total man bell and accessories. I just started to use the total man frame but I have been using with the phallosan bell. I also have the neck strap for the silistretcher coming to wear the bell at night. I’m a side sleeper so I could never sleep with the phallosan on cause I switch sides through the night and I’m long enough where the phallosan was close to my hip plus it would come off at night with the sunction loss. I bought the matters of size digital scale also and the grip powder. I also got the total man weight hanger to try weight hanging for the first time and the total man leg strap for ADS
 
You seem to have all Passive PE-equipment. As @huge-girth suggested. I know you stated money is tight and you spent all your budget. You should consider saving for the Lengthmaster, it's an Active PE tool, which you use for about 45-60 minutes a day.It will really complement your P-Extender usage and promote better PE Length gains.
Ya. I see that now. I have been learning more and more. I thought these devices were active but now I see they are more passive to anchor the gains. I will definitely save for the length master. The good news is I train strength so I am super strong. I am going to try and start the stretches manually. The total man bell has a hook so I think I use that to start the stretches since it gives me something to grab onto. Thanks for the feedback

Whatever manual routine you come up with, ensure you are spending a minimum of 30mins doing it together with your extender. 4 hours to 6 hours with your extender and 30mins manual workout daily. You can still gain 1 inch in length with this setup.

The Lengthmaster is the way to go
Alright, you huge girth and Diablo talked me into it. I didn’t realize how amazing this device was and honestly I was intimated by it. I am placing the order now and will make the finances work cause fast gains are worth it!

Todays training. Exactly the same as yesterday. I again woke up late so I could only get in 4 hrs pre dinner In the phallosan bell and total man Frame and another 2 after for a total of six hrs. My neck attachment from matters of size came though so I will start wearing my phallosan bell at night at a low setting instead of the total man sleeve. Also, I really started feeling the stretch today and at certain points needs to take a break as the stretch definately felt like I getting fatigued. I order the length master as I showed above….I plan to start the SRT program full force once it comes. The plan is 30 mins of stretches with the length master SRT program then right into ADS as long as I can (6-8 hrs)
 
By the way I hate mornings, I am a night owl so waking up early every day to do the length master routine will really show my dedication to the goal…..
 
Sorry one more note….i figured something out with the total man frame tonight since I only just started using it cause the other bases where too tight on my girth. The total man base is a 2.25” U base and until this point I had the U facing up but it’s way way better with the U down. Feels great. The sizegentics frame was killing me and it’s considered big but I had literal visual signs of skin issues from it and it got tender but with the total Man U facing down its feels great
 
Training as I type. Little late with training cause of work and the gym but over 3 hours in the phallosan bell and total man frame as I type. I’m a late night guy so plan is 6-7 before the night is over. My new tools including the length master are on the way and should be here around Wednesday- Thursday next week
 
Oh. One more thing. I learned something new today. I ditched the phallosan cap. Until now I was using 3m taping and the cap but the cap does nothing and in fact makes things worse cause as it slips off due to the suction it pops up and clogs the air suction holes. When I was just using the cap I was getting redness, purple and blisters. That’s when I learned about the 3m tape and it made a world of difference but I kept the Phallosan cap on top as extra perfection but it really does nothing and like I mentioned makes things worse as it pops off and blocks the suction holes. Today I started without and it’s way better
