session 84

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way.

Total man extender - 2 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands

To be honest, I was disappointed in it. The base isn’t comfortable. The springs catch both on the bottom screw part and top part (I did see a video just now where he made a mod to fix that on more recent ones based on baseem calling it out). I perfer the total man extender with the improvements made and he just made more I am waiting for and I just bought the “best extender” and he seems to have solved the issues also

On the Total Man extender is it easy to conceal? And can you use it as all night device for passive healing?

It’s not easy to conceal, I don’t think any of the rod extenders are but I would say it’s easier then the other rod extenders since it can pivot and be pointed down. They have a leg strap option for concealing it. I have worn the leg strap at night and when taking naps.
 
Okey. It's nice you have time for taking naps during the day. I should try to see if I can nap. I don't sleep as good either. Especially when working evning then day direct after.
It’s kind of sneaky to say but I work from home and I literally bought a mouse mover so I show active then nap on the couch with the volume turned up in case I get a teams message or call lol…..

Thats unfortunate to hear.
Mine will be here later this week so maybe I'll have better luck with it
 
You should know that the best stretching device It is that of the silhouette stretcher, nothing compares to that and anything you try. That goes against that will completely and absolutely reneg your greens.
 
Training right now and I’ll update the log later on tonight but I had a great morning because I woke up with a huge flaccid hang. I think the extra time in the extender last night really helped the hang this morning. It’s making me wonder if more time with less resistance may work better for me. I’ll have to experiment to see. Another thing I have noticed is that I have been putting my vacuum cup sleeve in baby powered every night and it seems to be helping extend it’s life. I heard before about this trick but never tried it till now

length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins

Total man extender - 3 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands

length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way.

Total man extender - 2 hrs with 4mm cord no booster bands

Again trying to get more time in with the extender at a lower tension (8 lbs).
