I do 15 clockwise/15 counter clockwise with my right then my left hand before/after hanging. It is a great warmup/cooldown exercise, but has anybody found them to be an effective part of their routine.

Out of all the manual stretches Rotary Cranks hit more angles and depending on how much intensity you use the more you will gain using this stretch. The only position it does not reach is the Behind the Cheeks so this exercise should be included in the routine to capture gains from the rear.
