Also I posted this in another thread recently but didn’t get any responses but would you happen to know how to get rid of these white bumps on the sides of my frenulum? I don’t know if they are PPP, Tyson Glands, or fordyce spots

You can rule out Tyson glands (more like skin tags) and fordyce (a more common appearance of scabby legion). PPP is closer to the entire thing and more common than you think. It can be removed using a sharp tip vasectomy piercing forceps or similar, a sharp scapel for a quick lancing, or a lancing needle. As long as you have a steady set of hands and patience, you can remove them with ease. They appear to be around your glands and on the penile shaft as well.
 
Hm. Smoker's toothpaste has titanium dioxide, which is a bleaching agent, unless you're using the toothpaste to rub or scrub the skin to actively use the abrassive materials. Using the newer chemicals that's a bit gentler, where most are much harsher, than titanium oxide is best.

I haven’t tried smokers toothpaste yet. I notice when I use the lengthmaster and wrap it reduces in size but then it comes back to how it looks in the photo after a few days. I can try the smokers toothpaste and if that doesn’t work then I’ll go with Old&Livelys suggestion of using a lancing needle.

No, you don't brush it on your penis.You simply put it on the areas where you have ppp
